I needed a wisdom tooth removed due to my dentist not being able to remove it all the way the day before and they gave me a referral for an oral surgeon. Staff was very friendly and informative. They answered any and all questions we had. Dr Pryor was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

It has almost been 2 years since Dr. MICHAEL S. WILLIS performed an extraction on one of my teeth. MY MOUTH IS STILL NUMB. My numbness affects me every day. My numbness affects my speech and there a constant numb feeling in my mouth that I have to deal with every second of my life. There is still not a day that goes by that I do not think of Dr. Michael S. Willis. I pray that one day Dr. Michael S. Willis is held accountable for the permanent nerve damage he caused in my mouth. **8 MONTH UPDATE: It has now been 8 months since Dr. Michael S Willis performed my botched extraction. MY MOUTH IS STILL NUMB! There is not a day that goes by that I do not think about Dr Michael S Willis. The numbness in my mouth is constant. It is extremely uncomfortable. I am now attempting to learn to live with this uncomfortable numbness in my mouth. It is so disheartening and depressing to have this. This numbness affects me when I smile and while I eat. This numbness even affects my speech. I cannot believe this has happened to me. **UPDATE ( 6 MONTHS LATER ): It has now been almost 6 months since Dr. Michael S. Willis performed my extraction. MY MOUTH IS STILL NUMB! I have seen a neurologist and he has confirmed that I have permanent nerve damage caused by the procedure Michael S. Willis performed. Not only is my mouth numb, but my speech is affected as well. This is extremely disheartening and depressing. Dr Michael S. Willis should be reprimanded due to his negligence. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT allow Michael S. Willis D.M.D. to go anywhere NEAR your mouth. Dr. Willis performed an extraction on a cracked tooth. My gums and entire left side of my face are still numb, as well as an overwhelmingly uncomfortable burning sensation, weeks after surgery. These symptoms indicate nerve damage. I was seen by him again because of my post surgery complications. Upon complaining about my symptoms, he refused to take any responsibility. He refused to accept that he was at fault, and was very rude. Horrible bedside manner; extremely rude and a complete and utter refusal to accept any responsibility. If you want an oral surgeon like this, good luck. If you want an oral surgeon who is competent, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr Crofton does a wonderful job. He listen and takes his time. I have a big bleeding problem and he is there all the way when needed. Dr Crofton never rushes me and listens. He takes his time making a plan ..with.. me and makes sure I am comfortable with the plan. I cannot say enough. about him and his whole staff.

The staff was great and when I tell you they made me comfortable getting my wisdom tooth removed because I was definitely scared lol not scared of getting my tooth extracted but just being sedated. For the first time in my 35yrs of living I let someone knocked me out lol but, once again I recommend any and everyone to go here they made the experience less frightening

The care I received at this facility was above and beyond the best. Every step from consultation to procedure was professional. I wish I could use them for all my dental work but I'm with the V. A.

The level of professionalism by the "doctor" and staff are outrageous. Mediocre would be a huge improvement for this place. The staff is rude and the subpar doctor is pompous. I won't be back nor would I recommend this place, ever! My suggestion to the staff - try being nice and respectful-- if we have nothing nice and/or positive to say, say nothing at all. One does not need the negative opinions from the staff. My suggestion to the doctor - you may want to consider taking an early retirement with your ugly "god-like" attitude.

Dr. Loughner is extremely knowledgeable in his field, but is not punctual at all. I have wasted hours waiting for him as he is always running behind. Their office does not overbook and even if you're the first patient you're still going to wait. I suggest you are prepared to wait at least an hour, sometimes more before being seen.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth out at this location last year. They made the whole experience easy and relaxing. Dr.Crofton and his staff were great and handled everything with ease. After surgery appointment went well and they were available for any questions or concerns that I had post surgery

Amazing experience if you like being talked down to like a child, and scowled at like one too. The staff are all very rude, i came in with referral papers and was told they simply don't believe me. They threatened to call my dentist (like someone threatening to call mom to a child) to try and make me admit that i don't need work from them. As if i wanted to be there in the first place. After they called my dentist and it was confirmed i didn't make an appointment for fun, i had actual reasons to be there, the staff were suddenly neutral with me. I have heard my fair share of medical horror stories and these people make me believe every single tale ever told. The most hateful gossipy group ive ever met. I could actively hear them talk poorly about me in the hallway. The oral surgeon snapped and raised his voice at me for crying the first time i went, the second time i went he was as nice as i ever could've asked for. That surgeon (only on the second appt, not the first) was the only person in the building who could treat me as a human being, but i was already wary of him after how he treated me the first time.

Dr. Willis and his staff were amazing! From the first visit to the second getting a wisdom tooth removed. I was made very comfortable and felt no pain. It was over in minutes. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Willis!
