I waited 8 months for an appointment here, because no one else would take me. It was easily one of the best medical experiences I've had. The world needs more doctors like this. Dr. Loughner was so kind and informative. I finally feel like I got the help I needed.

I called almost every Oral Surgery office in the Winter Park area, and by far this is the only office that had decent, respectful and helpful staff on the phone. I don't quite remember the names of the assistants that helped me schedule my appointment but they were very nice and accommodating.

I was pretty nervous about the prospect of having oral surgery but Morgan and Dr Crofton put me at ease and happily answered all my questions. Office personnel were sweet as well!

They were very kind and professional. The doctor explained everything for me and i had no questions at the end of my appointment. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I had my wisdom teeth extraction performed by Dr. Willis - the treatment from the nurses and doctor was exceptional. My consultation was easy, I was explained everything very thoroughly and kindly. Post surgery I had some questions which were answered very expeditiously to which I returned for a follow-up, called the day of, and was seen by the same staff shortly there after. Great service and care. *Only complaint is that the billing department [Blanca] was not very pleasant and provided me misinformation about my secondary insurance, stated that "we don't bill secondary insurance"...which they do...almost all dental practices do... and that was corrected by another lady in their insurance department.

Wish I was able to give a 0 star. Not only was the whole team totally disrespectful and impatient but they would literally hang up on me when they were to lazy to transfer me or deal with the situation. I missed 1 appointment and tried rescheduling and they ended up scheduling me 2 months away, when I was trying to get a closer date the ladies exact words were "well maybe if you were here when you were suppose to be you wouldn't be in this situation. I literally only missed one day out of 5 appointments. I tried to talk to the doctor multiple times and I kept getting hung up on. On top of that, I cant even get them to give me the billing information for the implant I already paid for!! I been to quite a few implant specialist and this is by far the worst/pettiest one.

I went here to get my wisdom teeth out in October of 2020. Dr. Crofton messed up the surgery and now I have (most likely permanent at this point) nerve damage. He tried to claim it was unrelated to the surgery and that there was nothing he could do. I went to a different oral surgeon and he confirmed I have nerve damage. It's now February of 2021 and my lower lip and chin still feel swollen constantly. Do not go here!

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Willis and his staff! I started my implant process November of 2019 and right after we extracted the tooth I found out I was pregnant with my first child. Dr Willis and his offer so patient, friendly and kind! Not only was I extremely nervous about losing a front tooth for an extended period of time, but I was also worried about the timeline finding out I was pregnant right after extraction. Dr Willis explained what he would recommend and walked me through the different options. We decided on waiting until after my son was born to proceed with the next step in the implant process. Today I finished my last step with Dr Willis and his staff, and I am so extremely satisfied with not only the results but the process that I know exactly where I will be going next time I have an issue! I also would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! My time here with Dr Willis has been so great that it was even kind of sad saying goodbye today. Thank you Dr Willis and your lovely staff for making what could have been a very traumatic experience, an easy and painless one!

If I could give this office 10 stars I would!! Dr Crofton & the staff are honestly the most caring & accommodating people. Today I went in to get a tooth pulled & have aniexty before I even went back to the room. The dental assistant was so sweet, answered all my questions & concerns. The recponist even came back to talk to me & tried to help calm me down. After numbing the area I knew I couldn't make it through & Dr Crofton gave me the option to sedate me. Which was the best choice for me (since I dont do well on nitrous oxide gas). He explained everything step by step to me during the sedation process & fell asleep right away. When I woke I wasnt in much pain at all! They were all truly sweet & care so much for their patients wanting to make them feel comfortable as possible!

The staff was great. Nanny was very nice and understanding, got us in for a sooner appointment and was so happy when she called me back to tell me she found something sooner. Most offices would not even bother. We had a thorough surgeon and the place is so well kept. I'm giving it a 5 star rating, but I did not have a pleasant experience with the person giving me my treatment plan. She spoke in a condescending and loud tone about this private matter and talked as if I was unable to afford this. I would recommend this place and not allow one unpleasant employee ruin your experience.
