I give this place a 1 star review even though I have never stepped a foot into the office. I am deaf so I require an interpreter and they refused to accommodate me which breaks the ADA law. On top of that, the receptionist was very rude to me and said she didn't have time to discuss it with me and hung up on me. Very disappointed to experience this in 2022.

I went in and got my teeth cleaned at first I was upset because my molar tooth and one of my other teeth where cracked an hurting me... But the nurses explained to me with my insurance I have to have approvals but this could be expedited with my complaint in which they immediately got me approved and booked ... After she cleaned them she removed a brown stain that literally has kept me from a open smile my whole life..... I went home pretty happy so to say. I just went in for my extractions and boy the dentist worked with me and his nurse Jen to keep me calm and in less pain as possible. I kept stopping thinking it was hurting and they always assured me I was properly numbed and waited for me to be comfortable. I'm extremely happy with this office and have scheduled my children to be seen.

This is the worst dental office to go to. The instruments are never fully sterilized due to them using an hundred year old autoclave. He's too cheap to buy material so your fillings are used with expired material. Too cheap to buy disposables like suctions, air/water tips and tips for certain materials. The suction tip he uses are metal and they're disgusting. You can not properly clean them and God forbid you ask for things to clean them with because he'll just find some dumb thing at the office and say use this and it doesn't reach or won't fit. The office is just gross, the Dr Johary's implants fail most of the time and 99% of the 5 star reviews? Ya they paid those people to do them or it's family and close friends writing them. He also dismissed the health department and will not let them step foot in the office or look around so think about that one. He over works his staff and does not make any time at all for lunch breaks and tells them to eat when they can but gets mad when they try and eat. He doesn't show up to the office until 10am or 11am but still schedules patients at 9am and makes them wait. Then rushes to get the patients done so just think of that "good quality" of dental treatment you're getting. You should definitely not bring your children here or any loved one at that! You will get horrible treatment by the doctor and he makes the assistants clean adult teeth which is illegal.

Thank ya'll so much for always being so courteous and kind. Everytime I've called office the phone is answered right away. The staff and doctors have been professional and do great work. I would recommend them.

The facility is very old and out dated. Some of the staff is nice. But I was disappointed that they would not help me with a temporary solution untill I could afford a root canal. I went to another dentist who did a pulp cap for me, my insurance covers it and I'm saving up for the root canal. It took months of pain to get this solution. Central FL dental could have helped me but did not.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Staff is rude. Phone is difficult to get through on. Patient privacy is an issue. Others can see you having work done. Appointments not given in a timely manner. Building dirty and old in disrepair. Extremely old equipment in front office. Yet back office looks nice and clean. I am only aware because the equipment malfunctioned while having a tooth cut out and had to be moved 3 times due to equipment failure. Multiple visits due to same tooth. Different dentist every visit. Going on 4 months having the same tooth worked on. When iI was moved to the otger office due to equipment failude they literally carried my instruments outsife with my blood bib covering them. Other complaints as well. If the owner says I am not a patient please see my photos. Honestly medicaid dentistry in this place is like traveling to a third world country to have your work done.

Went in for an appointment, they did an x-ray and sent me on my way, said they would call back for a follow up, 2 weeks and no call, I called them gave them my info asked why I never recieved a follow up, they said okay give me just a second and I will call you back, then hung up, you can guess what happened next, never called back, don't go here, they're frauds, they dont deserve 5 star that's why I will take it away, maybe if they would have done their jobs I wouldn't have taken it from them Edit for response: I literally did call back and ask why you guys haven't gotten back with me I was told "unironically" that I would get a call back for the 2nd time and never received said call, there's no reason I should have never had gotten back with me I waited over 2 weeks for you guys to get ahold of me before I even questioned why you weren't getting back with me, when I asked they said nothing about insurance the lady just said "I'm not sure why we haven't gotten back with you, let me look into it and I'll call you right back" -Mathew Davis

Worst experience! Terrible client satisfaction! Don't recommend them at ALL!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Wouldn't allow me post without putting 1star.They refused to see me and my children in the pediatric side because we didn't have a mask. Mind you I showed up to my appt at 8:55 am my appt for my son was at 9 am. The staff didn't show up to unlock doors until 9:10 there was also three other clients waiting. The workers were not wearing there mask properly and had the audacity to tell me they weren't gonna see my child because we didn't have masks. Me and my son are not medically required to wear a mask because we have a chronic lung disease it makes it harder for us to breathe. The lady was very rude and spiteful. They also refused to see me after I had already finished all the paperwork! They should of been on time to open their doors and they shouldn't refuse service when they aren't even wearing their masks properly!

This dental association should be ashamed of themselves! PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY!!!! (CANNOT WAIT TO READ YOUR REPSONSE TO THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW, WHICH EVERY NEG REVIEW IS THE PATIENTS FAULT, YUP, GO AHEAD DRS AND SAY I AM NOT A PATIENT.. HERE IS WHY!!!!!)! Every doctor from this practice should be dropped from servicing fellow Americans and have to repay all the rip offs they have managed to get out of people in need or emergency. I have dental insurance, THAT THEY ACCEPT, they told me I had to pay OUT OF POCKET to be seen for my visit and must pay CASH TODAY for all services for my insurance will take too long to process, up to 4 weeks! I had a dental emergency that required attention asap. I called my insurance company to see if they could rush the services (BELIEVING THIS OFFICE WAS TRUTHFUL AND WAS GOING TO TAKE WEEKS TO FIX) and the insurance company said the services would be accepted within 3 days and paid in full so no reason for me to pay out of pocket today to be seen.. After my insurance company rep called these money hungry drs to see if this was the case for myself be done today with services being NOT billed to insurance, (per Tiffany quotes) AS SUPPOSED TO, they all of a sudden refused to take my emergency appointment that was already set for today and CALLED ME RUDELY and told me they REFUSE to see me for calling my insurance. THEY ONLY WANT NO INSURANCED PEOPLE OR EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS TO GET YOU TO PAY CASH IMMEDIATELY. Tiffany, THE FRONT DESK LADY, was so kind to be so rude and actually say "SINCE YOU WERE ON A CONFERENCE CALL WITH YOUR INSURANCE, WE NO LONGER WILL SEE YOU, GO SEE SOMEONE ELSE"! THIS IS ON MY VOICEMAIL MESSAGES! THIS OFFICE CANNOT DENY THIS AT ALL! Leaving messages like that on people's phones is all the proof I need now. YES, THEY LEFT A VOICEMAIL THAT STATES.. "SINCE YOU WERE TALKING TO YOUR INSURANCE WE WILL NO LONGER SEE YOUR EMERGENCY APPT TODAY!!!!!!!! GOTO THE ER.."!!! ----------THE ER CANNOT REMOVE TEETH..THEY CANNOT DO ANY TEETH CAPS OR CROWNS!!! THE KNOWINGLY DENIED ME CARE BECAUSE I WANTED TO BILL MY INSURANCE!!! THESE ARE SCAM DOCTORS AND ALL PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH THEM ARE ALSO PART OF THIS ACT OF DEMANDING CASH PAYMENTS THEN DENING THEM CARE WHEN YOU WANT INSURANCE BILLED! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!

Dr. Santana was amazing. I have a hard time going to the dentist, but she made it a positive experience, alongside with the rest of the staff. I would recommend this office for dental work.

This dentist is HORRIBLE!!! Im also attaching a picture of how nasty. The photo is what was infront of me while she was brushing my teeth. The only pleasant experience was I think the dental assistant name was Andrea? She was super nice. The dentist came over, took a hook pick to my mouth. Called out numbers. Put his tools down, and walked away. This man did not say two words to me. I asked the nurse what the letters meant because he would not talk. She informed me that it's cavity's. I went to get up, and the dentist was leaned against the wall watching the olympics..... but couldn't tell me what was going on with my mouth???I will NEVER go here again. It's like a literal trap house!

The place was dirty and run down. The hygenist skipped over the exam and scaling, and went directly to the polishing. I had to tell her to do the scaling first. She left the suction off, so the water was running non- stop down my throat, and I was choking. I had to physically push her hands away from my mouth to get her to turn the water off. She works in this Oxford office, but I saw her in the Lady Lake office where she was temporarily filling in. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. on August 26, 2021. She did not introduce herself, but she was a heavy set, 50-yr. old. blond with no professional demeanor. I will never return to either office again. I rate it 0 on a 1-10 scale.

Just had 2 crowns put in and the experience was very smooth and professional. Have had many crowns done and they did as good a job as any dentist I've ever experienced, and at the best price anywhere around here. My female dentist was very gentle and I love my new crowns. Recommend this practice, especially with her.
