Dr. Peter Nguyen attended the University of California, Berkeley for his undergraduate studies and the University of Southern California for his advanced dental degree. He has extensive continuing education in dental implant surgery and conscious sedation.
Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Santa Clara County Dental Association. He is also a Diplomate of the International Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Nelson Liu received his Doctor of Dental Medicine, Cum Laude, from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2004. Dr. Liu subsequently received his specialty training in Periodontics and Implantology from UC San Francisco.
Dr. Liu is a board-certified Periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, California Society of Periodontists, American Dental Association and California Dental Association.

1 star does not express our disappointment with Sang K Ahn MD who was unable to deliver an acceptable service apart from his rude ways of treating his patients who are dissatified with his work. He couldn't match a tooth color/shape implant and when we asked that it be improved since we have paid in full for it, he was openly unhappy about it and kept on shutting us up whenever we try to discuss how we can further improve it. He is definitely not someone I'd entrust my dental needs with. I've never met anyone so rude!

I have had already six implants at this office, I am a happy with the medical result and the cost of it. It was far more reasonable than some other dental offices offered to me. Dental cleaning, fillings crowns were done fast and I do like the quality of the workmanship too.Implant steps were well explained, if you need bone graft, that cost you more, plus extra time, it went accordingly to the schedule. Other implant centers wanted to do lot more un-neccerary work. Will probably need some more implants, so definitely I will come back again. Zoltan, Santa Cruz, 5*****

very efficient and professional work to extract and some surgical for my tooth 15, next to wisdom tooth, added bone graft, scraped over my bones to remove bad tissues for about 10 minutes, and stich about 7-10, not much blood during and after extraction, I did not take any pain medicine, and ate my tofu dinner 2 hours later, I think Dr. Anh did not use too much anesthesia so I can recover 1 hour later and ate my dinner, I need two week return visit and 6 month to grow my bone before for new implant, I had two implants done 4 years ago, felt good professional work for my two previous implants, so I returned for this extraction/graft/implant,

This was my fourth visit to CDG. I am in the process of having implants done. Last week during a post-op, we discovered I had an abscessed tooth that needed to be removed. The abscessed tooth and half-of a prior dental bridge was removed...I was surprised how quickly the operation was completed! Dr. Kim is a very talented dentist. I'm glad I was referred to CDG and I will go to them for all my dental work in the future.

They took very good care of complex dental implant treatment for front #8 tooth. Dr. Young Jun Chang is very nice , explain things and did treatment with great patience. It took longer as it was very complex and lot of healing required but final results are very good.
