Dr. Weis is committed to helping patients maintain healthy smiles. He believes in an educational approach to preventative family dentistry, emphasizing regular checkups, cleanings, and daily maintenance. He earns continuing education in class each year far above the state requirements and has introduced the newest technology over the years.
Dr. Jordan Weis is a family dentist here to continue a great history of patient care in Jefferson City and the nearby communities. He grew up in Effingham, Illinois, where he found his passion for dentistry early. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Soon after, he was accepted into Midwestern University's inaugural class of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois.
After graduation, Dr. Weis worked as an associate dentist in Vandalia, Illinois, before moving to Missouri this year to become the new and proud owner of Central Dental Care with his wife, Beth Weis. Dr. Weis takes pride in understanding the latest treatments available for his patients and using that knowledge to provide the best care in a comforting way!
Dr. Talva Grundstrom Joost is a family dentist serving Jefferson City and the surrounding counties with dental excellence. She credits growing up in a military family, where she learned that there is more than one way to accomplish a goal as a big part of her success. She attended Oklahoma State University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Dr. Grundstrom Joost furthered her education at the Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, where she graduated in 1986. She has proudly practiced in Jefferson City for 30 years and has spent the last 15 years undergoing extensive training in implant dentistry. Dr. Grundstrom Joost believes that further education is fundamental to achieving her patients' complete satisfaction. She has studied at the Misch Implant Institute, a leading educational center in implant dentistry, and earned a Diplomate status, the highest degree of training in dental implants available! She is one of a select group of dentists who practice urgent care dentistry as she feels that this is an additional way she can serve the community.
I'm Beth, and you will see me around the office either upfront or in the back. I'm a 2017 Lake Land Dental Hygiene School Graduate. I enjoy learning new things and working as team. My husband and I live in Holts Summit, MO. with our 3 dogs. I enjoy spending time golfing and fishing with my husband and visiting family.
I'm Katie! I am a 2006 Morgan County R-II High School graduate. I began my career in the dental field in 2005, and I earned my Basic Skills and Expanded Functions certifications in 2007. I studied Dental Hygiene from 2007-2009 at State Fair Community College before returning to my calling as a chairside assistant. I enjoy getting to know my patients and making sure they are as comfortable and informed as can be. I currently live in Jefferson City with my daughter. You can generally find us gardening, working on art projects, or simply enjoying ourselves outdoors.
Hi! I'm Allison and I'm from New Bloomfield, MO. After finishing my clinical hours here at Central Dental Care, I graduated from State Tech with my CDA and expanded functions in 2021. Outside of the office I enjoy watching Netflix and hanging out with my friends and family.

This Dentist office was amazing! The receptionist Beth was very sweet at thcheck-in. Beth was also the hygienist and she had such a soft touch and she was very professional. Dr Weis was very professional and he has a gentlen touch also. Katie made my follow-up appointment and she was very sweet also. I highly would recommend this office.

Our family really enjoys coming here to see Dr. Weis. The staff is all very nice and kind. We have an 8 and 3 year old and they don't even flinch at the word "dentist" I believe it's from the welcoming environment. Plus the kiddos get to choose a little toy or gift at the end of it all! The first time we called to see them, they were able to see us same day! I had a couple wisdom teeth pulled some months ago and the front of my lip still feels some numbness more often then not, but each time I brought it to their attention they had me come in and have it looked at. I recommend this establishment to my nearest and dearest family & friends. Thank you all so much for your hard work!

Highly recommend Dr. Jordan Weis (spelling??) at Central Dental Care. I have had EXTENSIVE dental work throughout my 52 years and have been treated by numerous dentists and dental specialists. Dr. Wei's is among the best, and it's an elite group. His expertise, his professionalism and his perfectionism really set him apart.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 12 years. The technology has changed.....for the better! I felt NO pain during my procedure; start to finish. Dr Weis and Allison were outstanding. Dr Weis was comprehensive in knowledge and skill including wonderful at communicating to me all the way down the line. They have EARNED my endorsement and I will use them in the future as needed.
