Dr. Shah completed his dental education at Boston University School of Dental Medicine and has been practicing dentistry since 1999. He came to Central Dental Associates in 2012 and later took ownership of the practice.
In the years since, he has devoted himself to building a practice in which patients know they are welcome as soon as they walk in the door. He is focused on providing excellent dental care and helping patients stay comfortable throughout their visits. Dr. Shah believes in giving patients the time to ask questions about their health and providing them with knowledgeable answers.
Dr. Shah has been taking care of our teeth for many years now! Every time we go to Central Dental we feel like they treat us as their number one customer and patient. They are very gentle with the teeth. I have not had one exam or cleaning which hurt. I went to many dentists before I found Central Dental. I will not be going anywhere else

Central Dental are good Dentist on that part but on the billing side is another thing, experience that happen to me with central dental was, i went in on a check up for the first time with them, they did xrays and all that stuff, i had issues with my teeth and tooths, so i had a bad tooth that needed to be extract and they gave me an option to get a replacement tooth so that i wouldnt have a gap, so they gave me a quote for the entire procedure wich it came out to 8k or soo, so my insurance that i had at that time only cover $1800 and the rest came out of my pocket so i paid the entire remaining balance in 2 installments, so in march i lost my insurance,and in july 1st i got a new dental insurance, and when i went in to the dentist for my tooth fitting, they charge my new insurance $2300 for the new tooth wich i had already paid the total amount out of my pocket, so they double deeping on the procedure that i had already paid in full, and i call the insurance about what the dentist office did and they said that the dentist suppost to reimburse that money to me, cuz i already paid in full but i cannt get a hold of that billing lady that works there, they are playing hard to get, and i had already talk to her before about that issue and havent gotten back to me its been like 3 months already and nothing....

The last time I was here the Hygienist never instructed me to close my mouth for the entire procedure. I think at that time it was her off hours that is why she was in hurry. Also for your receptionist, since I have a Hispanic last name let them allow me to talk first before start the Spanish conversations. Words cannot describe the experience I had with Cindy, by far the best dental hygienist I've ever been with. Very professional, very light hand. I had absolutely no pain whatsoever. She did a phenomenal job. Makes me want to eat more sweets and brush a little less just so I can see her more often, that's how great she was! Kidding! Please don't take my words for granted. Schedule an appointment with Cindy I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Can't wait to see her again in January.
