Can't say enough about Dr Howard and his staff. I have been in dental field for over 40 years and I know a great Doctor when I see one.. He did my 22 yr old sons wisdom teeth today as expected he was nervous of the "unknown" after hearing nightmare of other friends experience........ I HIGHLY recommend him AND great staff. My son appointment was 1 hr ago and HE HAD NO PAIN!!!!!! Many thanks to Dr Howard AND entire staff Ann McNeely

I'm writing this review to serve as a cautionary piece of advice for any potential new client. I had an extraction scheduled with I.V. sedation this week, and it had been scheduled on the books for over a month. This clinic had all my paperwork and medical background history for this same period of time. I was advised less than 72 hours before my surgery that they were canceling my appointment because they didn't have time to conduct an additional consultation with me beforehand. Also they mentioned since I'm over 25, additional consultations are necessary. Excuse me?! You had all my information for over a month and you're telling me this all last minute and then canceling me?! I am self employed and canceled all of my daily appointments for three days surrounding this appointment, asked a family friend to leave work to drive me there and home, and have been eagerly awaiting my painful tooth problem to be fixed so I can go on with my life. The clinic receptionist made no apologies, offered zero consideration for my time, and said they had no appointments available for 6 more weeks!!!! This is extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful of my time. They take no accountability for destroying my entire week. I was already losing money by canceling three days of appointments, and now I have to find another place to schedule me, thus missing more work and losing more money, AND REMAINING IN PAIN EVERY DAMN DAY. Very unhappy client, extremely disappointed by their lack of accountability and professionalism. I'd give zero stars if possible.

Cant say enough how professional and thorough Dr. Joeseph Howard is. The staft is great. Lynn and the staff explained everything. Lynn went above and beyond to get me in due to my urgency. Most importantly Abby was right by my side through the process getting tooth my removed. Great place. I recommend this place!

I definitely recommend Dr Howard and his staff. I went for wisdom teeth surgery, and had a minor complication and he took the time to ensure that I was taken care of and provided all of the necessary information and answering questions. They make you feel reassured and provide an ultimate positive experience.

From your first call for an appointment to your final visit, expect kindness, professionalism and expertise. I'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. Give yourself the best and see Dr. Howard and his team.

Dr. Howard and his team are fabulous! I had my wisdom teeth removed and they took excellent care of me! Very professional, customer friendly and felt very safe during my visits. Highly recommend this office to any and everyone!!

Dr. Howard and his team are wonderful! I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth taken out, but the team was welcoming and warm and made the process as easy as can be. Shout out to Amanda for walking my groggy self out the door and being a total sweetheart! Thanks for everything!

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth pulled,excellent service,professional and polite staff.She had little pain and swelling and no complications at all. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely love this office. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The assistants do a wonderful job at comforting the patient before during and after procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Howard and his staff if anyone is in need of an oral surgeon.

As someone who avoided dental work for a long time out of fear, this was an amazing experience for me, I have the worst dental anxiety ever, and yet they were the most friendly and understanding practice I've been to. Procedure was easy under sedation and recovery was quick and painless. Will be coming back if i need more work done.

Considerable customer service! Everyone was very kind and Dr. Howard was great. Offered great tips that helped me through my wisdom teeth removal. I was back at work with minimal pain within two days, and back to normal within a week. Any college students in need of getting their wisdom teeth removed, I would greatly recommend Dr. Howard's office; a great experience.
