I will never recommend this office. While the dentist is nice, the office staff leave much to be desired. First off, when I called the office I asked "were they providers for my insurance?" Yes. Ok, so I made an appointment. Told them I was seen in the Seaside clinic, but the dentist there had an emergency and was not sure when I could get rescheduled for the root canal. They pulled up someone elses digital x-rays, then argued with me when I said that I was not seen in Feb. Then I was told, by the doctor the tooth was not saveable, must pull it. I had also lost a buildup in a lower molar, asked could it just be rebuilt for now and dealt with later. Answer NO. It too had to be pulled. Was then given an estimate with what the insurance would and would not cover. Here is were I found out, afterward, that this clinic is not a preferred provider. I paid wayyyyy too much. Not a happy patient. My advise - Run, do not just walk away from this office. Otherwise, your pocket will be robbed.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Always feel like the dentists and assistants who do cleanings are very careful and thorough when going through my teeth.

DO NOT GO HERE! They botched my daughter's crown two years ago and now her jaw bone is infected. Absolutely horrible practice. She was in pain during the procedure but the dentist didn't care and said that's not pain.

This dentist discriminates patients and doesnt address any concerns. I signed up to do a couple of dental treatments and the Invisalign and I somehow ended up with the extra bill 1 year after the treatment. Whenever I try to call the office I get no response. I had to end the Invisalign treatment with Dr. Singh because he does not take responsibility for his office nor returns any calls when trying to reach him. He advertises Invisalign online but choses Vivo Claro (cheaper brand). I sent an inquiry to Vivo Claro and they did not even contact me, they contacted him instead - which indicates the partnerships between the vendors and dental providers scheming patients. Go with someone who actually cares about his patients, not the business itself.

Dr. Sighn only cares about his payments but not the quality of service...FRAUD on the Invisalign. On the website they advertise Invisalign but I was given Viva Claro, which is an off-brand. In addition, I wasnt seen by Dr. Sigh for my treatment. I only went to pick up my trays and no one checked on my teeth or made sure I was on track. Its been 1 year and I am still not done with the Invisalign treatment nor have I heard from Dr. Sighn each time I call the office to have them send me my trays.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Central Coast Dental Care off of Lighthouse in Monterey. I had damaged my tooth and broke it off several years ago. Dr. Sharma made it look like the exact same as it is on the other side, and I feel so much more confident about my smile. She was very detailed and listened to what was important to me. Abel and Felicity were kind and welcoming as well as the front desk receptionist. I was very impressed with the technology and cleanliness at this location. Highly recommend!

Dr.Rice was amazing, the new team... not so much. They recently stopped taking tricare (a bad business decision if you ask me) and didn't bother telling me that two of my appointments would be canceled because they no longer have hygienists on Fridays until I showed up. Honestly I'm not one to leave a bad review but I couldn't get over how unprofessional I found the new experience. I will say the girl that was working in front was outstanding though, very nice and polite.

I had a very welcoming pleasant experience at central coast dental care. Starting with the receptionist very polite and welcoming. Dr. Sharma is very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done and did fantastic job on my crown. Dr. Singh also did a wonderful job with my extraction, their was no pain or problems. Along with his assistant Alex was very caring and explained the post op care very well. And Mirna explained in detail, what my insurance covers and doesn't. Also, very polite! Thank you staff for all you do! Hard to find such an excellent dental office like this. Thank you! Worst dental place was referred to another location was having severe pain was recommended central coast dental for emergency's. I provided recent X-ray photo and have decent insurance of 80% coverage and they still couldn't help me or wouldn't help me instead sent me off with my severe pain.

I haven't had a better dental experience than with Central Coast Dental Care. From the first time I called, to my most recent visit, the entire staff is cheerful, caring, and full of great energy. Erika is as welcoming on the phone as she is in the office and Dr Arcinega explains each procedure with great detail. It's wonderful to know I'm in capable hands. Thank you all!

Dr. Rice and his staff provide terrific dental service. The office is very modern and employs many state-of-the-art services and was very clean. They provided very thoughtful analysis of the dental work required. The staff is very personable and caring for their patients. I would highly recommend this dentist.

So here's the thing, I have an incredible dentaphobia. That means a fear of the dentist, and not only did I feel the most reassured I have ever in my lifetime with going to dentists I now completely know that I am in great hands from now on. Not only do they have better prices,they're also incredibly kind and will listen to you about every issue that you're going through. They were happily willing to accommodate to my needs when it came to my anxiety towards dentists and the appointment that was made. I highly recommend this place because they will do everything in their power to make you feel safe. 10/10

Treated me like cattle. I waited probably an hour just for a dentist to just walk in and say "anyway we're gonna be removing your molars - and you have this problem and that problem etc." all without even looking me in the eyes. Then when I responded, he tried shaming me to agree to the molars removal. The diagnostic list they gave me was absurd, totaling over $5000 when I just expected to get work done on a cavity or two. There was nothing they wouldn't try to push on me. They had the audacity to diagnosis ALL FOUR OF MY MOLARS as "impacted" despite them having grown in perfectly (you can clearly see it on my xray) Scam artists. Avoid. Went to Monterey Peninsula Dental Group and got the (actually) necessary work done for $400 w/Dr. Falkel.

Stay away from this dental clinic. I paid full ($1800+) for a denture and they failed to produce it to me. I never came back after the 2nd time they failed to fit the denture on me when one of their dentist started shaving my teeth, desperately trying to fit the damn denture. Their front office stop answering calls when I demanded a full refund and they all pretended that they delivered what I paid for. Its business as usual - ripping off people.
