I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fritz and his staff. I had a molar removed yesterday and my procedure went so smoothly! Couldn't have asked for a better experience, outcome and surgeon. Literally no pain, no swelling and hardly any bleeding. He called today to check up on me. His office is so organized and friendly and he has an incredible bedside manner! I will recommend him to so many people :) Thank You Dr. Fritz!!

For anyone looking for an oral surgeon in Wake county. I had my fifth oral surgery in three years with Dr. Fritz this morning. He is honestly one of the most kind, competent human beings I have EVER known. I am so grateful this man was brought into my life! Not only is this surgeon caring, his staff are beyond incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you, Dr. Fritz and staff for being wonderful humans and caring about your patients!!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fritz and his staff. I had an impacted wisdom tooth extracted and the entire procedure went flawlessly. At both my consultation and procedure I was greeted by name very pleasantly upon arrival and had zero wait time. I asked a TON of questions and Dr. Fritz was very patient and thoughtful with his responses. He explained everything in detail about the procedure including potential complications. My recovery was speedy and nearly free of pain and swelling. Outstanding work by Dr. Fritz and his whole team.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Fritz and his staff. I have extreme anxiety to any type of dental experience. When I walked in the door, I was greeted so pleasantly by the front office staff. When going through the procedure, Dr. Fritz and his staff made me so comfortable and kept me informed of each step of the procedure. They also gave me emotional support because they knew that I was anxious. I would highly recommend Dr. Fritz and his staff to meet all of your oral surgery needs. Dr. Fritz even called me himself this morning to check up on me! Exceptional customer service and truly a caring person. A+++ Great job, Dr. Fritz and your staff!!!

I can not say enough nice things about Dr. Fritz and his staff. I was greeted by the pleasant front desk staff. They greeted me by name! I was very nervous. Dr. Fritz and his staff were all very patient and supportive. The next morning, Dr. Fritz called me himself to check on me. He and his staff are the best at what they do! I would recommend Dr. Fritz and his staff to anyone who needs oral surgery!

Dr. Fritz and his entire office staff are incredible!! After a long weekend suffering from Severe Tooth Pain, they were able to take care of me before Monday Afternoon! They are extremely Professional, Caring , Kind and genuinely care about your well-being! I appreciate all of you for helping me to feel better!!

Outstanding experience! I had a tooth extraction and was a little bit nervous about the procedure. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience with Dr. Fritz and the staff was. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. I highly recommend this practice.

Yesterday I was prepared for the dreaded experience of extraction of an abscessed molar. Doctor Fritz and his wonderful staff made the actual experience almost enjoyable. Skylar and Lacey were incredibly professional, calming, and reassuring. Doctor Fritz has a great "bedside" manner and communication skills. He explained exactly what was going to happen at every step. The procedure itself was practically pain free. Incredibly, while I was writing this review Dr. Fritz personally called me to see how I was doing. When is the last time you got a follow up call from a doctor? I'm doing great by the way. If you need an oral surgeon, this is the guy you want!!!

Dr. Fritz and his entire staff are phenomenal! Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during my dental surgery. I especially appreciated the fact that the surgeon kept me well informed during every step of the procedure. I highly recommend this very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly doctor and staff. I had a 5-star experience!
