I was seen on time. The hygienist was very good. I was nervous since I haven't been there since COVID. And she was a professional, I didn't feel any pain. Everyone was pleasant.

Everyone was very professional, The office was clean. I felt welcomed the hygienist Emma cleaned my teeth better than they have ever been cleaned at my previous. The dentist himself Dr. Igor, was very caring and kind and provided me with the best options he thought that would correct my situation. The person that came in to speak with me Kinga is her name was about my treatment plan was excellent she was compassionate and she understood the need of my request I would recommend this office to anyone the service that was provided was great

Poor communication. No longer in network then want to charge you and tell you they told you they no longer was in network. When you have proof they did not communicate this with you. Then the staff wants catch attitudes with patients when they was in the wrong.

I have a huge fear of dentists ever since I was a kid but, I have been seeing Dr. Arthur Malayev and I can't express enough how he is absolutely amazing at what he does! He is patient, caring, wonderful bedside manners, and very understanding. The staff is great as well, they are very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Ok dental experience. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Ewa, the dental hygenist genuinely cares. The dentist Dr. Igor however seems the opposite. He comes off quite impersonal. Very down to business and seemingly, money. In fact he keeps trying to get me to have my perfectly healthy wisdom teeth extracted. The first time he suggested it was ok but now it's annoying when everytime I would go for a cleaning he's suggesting I extract them. The last time he told me they could get cavities. I asked him to see if they did have cavities and in the end they were perfectly fine. I know extractions in the dentist world are profitable so that's the only reason I could see for why he wants ny teeth out so badly. Additionally during a routine 6 month visit he spends max 2 minutes in the room with you and makes no real connection. I go for the hygenist. In my case she does the real work anyway and really cares. If you're looking for a caring dentist, this may not be your go to spot.
