I had recently wrote a negative review. I was having a serious issue with billing where I thought I was being billed double. But turns out it was because of the insurance company and their weird pricing or something. Anyway, I've changed my negative review to a positive one because of the fantastic customer service Isabella the Office Manager had given me in fixing my issue. I would recommend this place solely because of her customer service and being open Saturdays. Make sure you absolutely confirm the pricing with them and your insurance company before you get service done. Don't want to be blindsided by the insurance company!

The staff were really nice and I loved the environment. Their systems may not have been cooperating with them today but they still continued to help me and a lot of other people. Plus the extraction went smoothly and quickly. 10/10 recommend

I'm very happy I chose Central Ave Dental for my dentist. My dentist and the staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They're not fussy or fancy but well worth trying and affordable. I love the work my dentist and staff have done so far and will continue going. I recommend this office to the whole family!

Went to get my 4 molars removed and was told I was going to get the best molar guy in the city! When my day came i paid in full and received someone else. A female dentist. She removed 3 of them and couldn't get the last one out. The "best" molar dentist came out finally and was able to rip it out. But that one tooth was sore for two weeks where as the others only a couple days. That was ok I guess but the real kicker was that after I paid they told that me the insurance didn't pay them enough for the services (they overcharged) and that i needed to pay the difference. Now this is after I had paid in full and had the receipt. They continued to harass me for weeks and months threatening me with sending me to collections. I had forgot about them until they sent me a text the other day and a couple phone calls after nearly 3 years. All this over $200 that i didn't owe. Honestly a pathetic dentistry office i wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Honestly they're wonderful. They work with you and they listen to you and give you options. Never feel pressured and always feel like I can go at my pace. As a monitory, I appreciate the culture here. It's diverse and they do well to make sure everyone feels comfortable. Thank you guys, truly!

I had insurance. Covered most of it. The doctor said, it's paid for. Now they say I owe 600.00 dollar's. Lied to me. As business there should be no miscommunication. Also my front tooth messed up, from them replacing a cap
