Amazing work! My kids have been patients for a few years. We have had a few dental emergencies and always received prompt attention and help from the staff. I can't thank this practice enough for taking such good care of my children and for calming a mom's nerves! I recommend this practice a million times over!

The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. The initial hygienist (I'm not entirely sure what all job titles there are) was funny and treated my nearly 16yr old very well. The hygienist that did the cleaning, while nice enough, decided that a shaming approach was the way to go when discussing with my daughter what she had going on and how to prevent repeats. All while my daughter writhes in pain. And after each scrape she shoved it in my daughter's face what was removed. That I felt was inappropriate. Just because she is a teenager doesn't mean her feelings aren't important. And while that approach may be well received by some, it is not by us and we did politely request (through another hygienist that came in after) to not work with the one who did the cleaning at any subsequent appointments. The actual dentist was amazing. Sweet as could be, took her time to explain to myself and daughter what was going on. Still absolutely recommend this facility. They do great work. And I wholeheartedly believe they all mean well. But I would love to see or hear less shame and more guidance for changing behaviors. Kindness and patience is deserved by older kids just as much as the little ones.

As of September 19th, 2022 they are still blindly pushing the tyrannical covid mask mandates despite clear recent guidance from our overlords at the CDC stating they are basically useless. Despite close to a decade of being with them they will no longer receive any of our business. Save your the trip. Find another dentist who isn't afraid and who values freedom over fear. Stop spreading the fear. If you're scared, wear a mask. Don't force it on the rest of us.

The receptionists are incredibly rude and incompetent. I have never met office staff who feels the need to degrade patients the way these people do. I had to find a new dentist for my son which is a shame because he really liked the dentists here.

Jen helped my 3yo son to have a great first experience at the dentist! She was very creative about distracting him to keep his cleaning going. Casey was great with my 2nd grade daughter, getting her through her first sealant experience.

I started going to Centerville Pediatric Dentistry about 4 years ago with my oldest who is now 10. I took my 3 year old today who was very nervous. The hygienist Jill was absolutely remarkable!!! I could not believe how great she was with my daughter. She is seriously the best hygienist I ever had my kids see. I just had to write a review because she was just so great. The Dr. was Dr. Aliana who was also very sweet and kind with my little one as well. I love that they give special coins to kids so they can get a prize. My daughter is no longer scared of going to the Dentist.

All three of my children go to Centerville Pediatric Dentistry. They take wonderful care of them and they work very well with kids. Temery and Dr. Aliana are amazing and very efficient. They have helped with two of my children's filings and they ensure they are relaxed and comfortable through the expierence.

My kids have been patients here since 2016 and I don't see myself going anywhere else. Our hygienist Casey was super nice and informative about their needs. My 12 year old is high functioning autistic and loves going to the dentist so hopefully she was Dr. Vinny's easiest patient for the day. Also for my baby boy's first appointment it went so well. I highly recommend coming here.

While the dentists and hygenists are great the office policies have made scheduling repairs take ridiculously long. My 7yr old had to wait 6mo for a baby root canal and crown luckily the tooth had not become infected. (Otherwise they would have needed to pull the tooth) then my 4 yr old had tiny cavities between teeth in each quadrant. Which they wanted to do as 4 separate appointments. Well they only allow one to be scheduled at a time and they only schedule with the diagnosing dentist so it is always 2-3 mo out. We are gonna have her semiannual exam before the repairs are done! Dr B was able to do 2 quadrants at once this time cause she does sit still. And would have been able to do 2 the first time but they were running behind. The dentists are also unaware of these issues. I mentioned that she would have her regular check up prior to the last repair and he chuckled and said it should only take a week or 2. Well I went with it think maybe they fixed things... Nope. Her regular check up is in mid Feb. And the EARLIEST was Feb. 28th. Mind you this cavities were found in July. The office used to be great! And would allow any dentist to fix cavities. (And they even got rid of the bad dentist( the red head )that would over treat or always "find questionable cavities" that then dr jackson would be like no that is fine it was just a bad xray.) Hopefully the office will realize their reviews are tanking and change back to what they did before.

He be so happy to get his goodie bag and a token. He almost had two tokens on the 8th. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My 17 yr old son enjoy the video games. That the reason he come with us sometimes. Now my son is 9 years old, this still our favorite dentist to go too. He been to this dentist since he was 6 years old.

This facility is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My kids have been going there for over 7 years now and love going. My youngest has been joining his sister on her visits and not once feared the dentist. I honestly believe it's because of the consistent smiles every employee there has or the brightly colored walls, chairs, tools etc. It provides a kid friendly atmosphere that I've never seen before. I'm absolutely grateful to have found this pediatric dentistry and blessed my kids never have to fear their dentist appointments. I mean if it tells you anything.... we drive 45 minutes just to come to this location and have been since we moved. When you arrive you'll know the difference between just another day at the office and people caring about what they do and impacting healthy dental care for our young ones.
