Great staff. But Dr Matt did a terrible job on my mouth. I had issues with full implants and was told it's normal. Will never go back again. And there was no follow up by anyone.

This dentist office is clean and modern. I had a tooth pulled and the Dr Matt called to follow up on how I was doing. I felt this was an unexpected kindness. So glad I switched dentists!!

Doesn't accept medicaid or a variety of insurance companies and won't notify you until you're at the front desk. Unless you're ready to pay pricy copays, look for a less ableist dentist.

Dr. Matt is always overbooked. He has 3 or 4 patients to treat at the same time. No doubt most of the works are done by his assistant. I don't recommend him for major dental service.

I was a patient at Castle Dental since the 1980's when Dr. Burt started the practice. I followed Dr. Burt to where practice is located now. I worked over that way so I wasn't inconvenienced with the new location. However, when I retired, I wanted to try a place closer to home so I wouldn't have to go over south mountain in bad weather and drive a half and hour to get there. So I switched dentists. What a disaster! The receptionists were rude. The dental hygienists changed my appointments 3 times at the last minute. The dentist was nice but older and replaced a huge old filling that really should have been capped with an old silver filling. He also left a pointed piece that I had to go back to get ground down. When I left that appointment, I immediately called Castle Dental and pleaded to come back. They agreed. My next appointment, back at Castle Dental, was a joy; I felt like I had come back home. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles; my hygienist was so pleasant and professional. Dr. Matt checked me and found that another huge molar had cracks in it and recommended a crown. I just had the crown done yesterday and the process was night and day from the molar the other dentist filled. I was so well taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Matt even called me that evening to see if I was feeling okay! Now that is superb treatment! And, if that was not enough, the office called me this morning to check again. I cannot recommend this practice enough! You will NOT be disappointed. Plus, they took my Delta Dental PPO insurance. The only thing that would make it better was warm blankets for the patient because the room has to be kept cold for procedures ;-) Thank you so much for fixing me up before the end of the year with no leftover pain to deal with :-) Happy Holidays! Your grateful patient

Absolutely amazed at the experience I had at Castle Dental. All the staff were very polite, kind, and professional. Dr. Andrew did an amazing job for me and I highly recommend Castle Dental to anyone who needs work. I will definitely be going back.

Great dental practice. They definitely put their patient's first. They are professional and caring. I especially like the fact that they have a dental lab in house so that you can have procedures like crowns done in one day.

We worked with Kate to coordinate my husband's care with a couple of simulataneous procedures that required sedation, with some complex insurance issues. She was fantastic to work with and really helped us to get things complete and ready for the day of the procedures. She was patient and followed up even when I was engrossed in COVID-weirdness, and kids home schooling online, and kept me on track. Everything went smoothly and according to plan and we felt secure knowing that all of the preparatory work was out of the way before that day.

All of the staff who work here are great. If I wasn't such a wimp about it and I could find a way too get my heart rate to stop the jackhammer thing I would probably fall asleep in the chair here. All of the work is done in house so you don't need to go somewhere else. Let's face it dental work isn't cheap but they'll help you set up a detailed and accurate schedule without pushing 1 thing or another . The Dr. (s) will tell you what you need , give you any options, then it's up to you where go from there. I highly recommend this place. If it helps I'm one of those people who has (or rather until coming here had) a very hard time getting numb.

It had been way too long since I had been to the dentist. Had been hesitant to switch but was tired of traveling 30 minutes to my dentist. A friend recommended Castle Dental. I was very pleased! They fixed me up! Very nice staff and they fixed me up!

Very thorough and state of the art dentistry. They even called afterwards to check on my well-being. This is the only dental practice I've ever been to that does that!

Very professional staff with modern, world class technology. Highly recommended. On a more personal note, I once brought an orphaned girl from our nonprofit there and they did a TON of work to help her. It was incredible. I now see her posting her big new smile on social media nearly everyday.
