Exit off the turnpike at the 'Stuart' exit #133, and go straight at the light (you will be on Martin Downs Blvd). You will go about 3 miles and then cross the Palm City bridge and continue going straight through 2 traffic lights. Just before the 3rd light (Monterey Rd.), take the fork in the road to the right. The next light will be US #1(Federal Hwy). Turn right. Just before the next light on the right will be Ocean Gate Plaza. We 're on the north end of the plaza.
If you are coming from the north(heading south) take a left at the traffic light onto Kanner Hwy. (If you are coming from the south, (heading north), bear to the right as you exit 95 onto Kanner Hwy.) You'll go approximately 3 miles then take a right onto Indian St. at the traffic light. Go to the 3rd traffic light US 1 (Federal Hwy) and turn left. At the very next traffic light (Lockhardt Rd.) make a left then an immediate right in to Ocean Gate Plaza. We're at the north end of the plaza.
From the south (heading north): After you pass Walmart on your right, go to the 3rd traffic light (Lockhardt Rd) and turn left. Then immediately turn right in to Ocean Gate Plaza. We are located at the north end of the plaza.
From the north (headed south): You will pass the intersection of Monterey Rd. and US 1, continue going south and just before the 2nd traffic light, Ocean Gate Plaza will be on your right. We're at the north end of the plaza.
Take 95 to Saint Lucie West - exit #121. Merge onto Saint Lucie West Blvd, take the first left onto NW Peacock Blvd. Turn right onto University Blvd. We are located about a .25 mile on the right. We are in the third building - suite 105.

I brought my autistic son here to see Dr. Most. He is an excellent oral surgeon and very caring. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. I would recommend this office to any family with special needs.

Super unprofessional staff... Cancelled the appointment on the day of appointment without any reason or notice... Not willing to give the patient's records on time... Causing delays and delays... day after day every day... Not going to waste my time here any more... Don't recommend this place...

Okay dental place, got my wisdom teeth taken out no problem, just bad experience from Dr Grande who narcissistically tried to talk me out of keeping my wisdom teeth when I asked him before the surgery. I was there with my mother, trying to explain to him I wanted to keep them for memories and he kept on persistently trying to talk me out of it and even said words like "why do you want to keep disgusting and gross teeth?" Or "do you still believe in the tooth fairy? You're not a child anymore, what are you going to do with them?" I felt uncomfortable and it felt pretty shady as he continued to try to pressure me and lower my self-esteem to change my mind for them to keep the wisdom teeth but he finally yield, after I showed him the CDC and OSHA laws on wisdom teeth extraction as the staff won't be in danger of the biohazard teeth if it is in the patient's possession afterward. (I brought my container for the wisdom teeth at the ready for after the surgery was done, and the doctor also made fun of my container as if he was a school bully from the playground. Absolutely childish...) (Just make sure you ask your doctor to keep your wisdom teeth BEFORE the surgery or else they legally can't give it back.) Otherwise, everyone else and the staff was pretty nice, just left a bad taste in my mouth from him.

Dr. Most and staff are just awesome. We felt welcome from the moment we got there. There was a little bit of a wait and the nurse came back to let us know we'd be seen shortly. Dr. Most saw the need for my son's extraction and did it the same visit. No need to come back. Special needs dentistry is open for sure Tuesday and Wed. Beats waiting for a NSU appt. months away.

They are awesome! They got me in ASAP for an emergency extraction, and were incredible every step of the way. After a failed extraction at a different dentist's office, Dr. Most was able to use his bag of tricks to complete the procedure painlessly. Prices are much better than anywhere else in town as well. I am so grateful for them, and will continue to come to them for anything related to oral surgery! (Also, my 2 year old had a blast hanging out with the office staff! Especially, Lucy!)

I absolutely recommend seeing Dr. Grande from here. I told him about my past experience with a horrible extraction at another dentist office and he did everything to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. The whole procedure took less than the time it takes to fill out the paperwork AND there was 0 pain but most important he took the time to talk to me and keep me calm. I thank him and would return in a heartbeat. THANK YOU DR. GRANDE!!

Dr most is the absolute bestttttt I've found by far! Was great with me, I had an extremely quick healing time and the whole office process was very quick, everyone is very friendly and patient. He worked on my infant as well and did amazing! Would never go anywhere else again!

Fantastic, HONEST, Professional dental practice. It's the place to go in all of the Treasure Coast. Dr. Elizabeth Valme preformed the work needed and ONLY what was needed, no up charges. billed my insurance and sent me a bill for $50 after I paid for everything. They tried saying that the $50 was for medicine I took home but I never received any medication to take home. I know this was going to happen since they tried to over bill me in the office but I caught them there. DO NOT GO HERE

Autism friendly office for my twin girls who are on the severe end needed IV sedation. I am very pleased to say that this office took care of all our needs and went beyond my wife and I expectations. After being referred to Center specialized dentistry from our pediatric dentist. We were told that MCNA Dental was out of network and they would not be able to see my girls. I can't describe the feeling of defeat ,because there are few to no office that accept Medicaid and can do IV Sedation. In the pass my daughters had to wait 3-5 months before getting any work done or go to Miami. We live in Fort Pierce and traveling new place with my girls can be rough especially to do dental work. I contacted Center of specialized dentistry on Facebook Messenger about my situation and what I was told by there staff. I was given a number and with the office manager Barbara. I can't began to express my gratitude Barbara helped insure us that they do accept MCNA. We were told how to get a case manager for my daughter due to her diagnosis and because of the detail information and Barbara fighting back and forth with our insurance my daughter was finally treated. Doctor Grande was understanding and gentle with my daughter and explained to my wife the process and steps before the sedation. The level of care was beyond for an office that specializes in disabilities. I would recommend to parents with kids on the spectrum to ask for Barbara if your having issues with Medicaid dental insurance. My daughters are ten years old and before getting this information my wife and I had no clue we could get the help we needed before going to Center of specialized dentistry.

I must say... I am the biggest fan of Center of specialized dentistry. I am so amazed with the staff and Dr. Most is amazing. He is just so great with his patients. He is like a light that brightens your day. His smile is contagious. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone, even the special need. They are so understanding and sincere with the special need. I love that. However, Barbara the office manager, you rock girl. Kudos to you, Barbara. You are definitely a true hard working woman and Dr. Most, should be proud to have you by his side. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU DO at Center of Specialize Dentistry.

Everyone here is great! I'm not a fan of dentist's but the whole staff makes me want to return. Dr. Most is awesome did 2 extractions and no issue. They are great for special needs patients! They take time to work with you not in rush. Definitely recommend .
