Exit off the turnpike at the 'Stuart' exit #133, and go straight at the light (you will be on Martin Downs Blvd). You will go about 3 miles and then cross the Palm City bridge and continue going straight through 2 traffic lights. Just before the 3rd light (Monterey Rd.), take the fork in the road to the right. The next light will be US #1(Federal Hwy). Turn right. Just before the next light on the right will be Ocean Gate Plaza. We 're on the north end of the plaza.
If you are coming from the north(heading south) take a left at the traffic light onto Kanner Hwy. (If you are coming from the south, (heading north), bear to the right as you exit 95 onto Kanner Hwy.) You'll go approximately 3 miles then take a right onto Indian St. at the traffic light. Go to the 3rd traffic light US 1 (Federal Hwy) and turn left. At the very next traffic light (Lockhardt Rd.) make a left then an immediate right in to Ocean Gate Plaza. We're at the north end of the plaza.
From the south (heading north): After you pass Walmart on your right, go to the 3rd traffic light (Lockhardt Rd) and turn left. Then immediately turn right in to Ocean Gate Plaza. We are located at the north end of the plaza.
From the north (headed south): You will pass the intersection of Monterey Rd. and US 1, continue going south and just before the 2nd traffic light, Ocean Gate Plaza will be on your right. We're at the north end of the plaza.
Take 95 to Saint Lucie West - exit #121. Merge onto Saint Lucie West Blvd, take the first left onto NW Peacock Blvd. Turn right onto University Blvd. We are located about a .25 mile on the right. We are in the third building - suite 105.

The moment I came in for my initial visit was amazing. The Dr made me feel so comfortable prior to having the surgery. I can honesty say they are all amazing from staff to the dr.

I work for a medical practice that provides amazing customer service for their patients; something that this practice needs to work on. This practice is just "out for the money" and not willing to work with patient no matter the circumstance. There are plenty of other dental offices out there that truly care about the patient still.

Got an abscess tooth pulled. The tooth area is fine but the roof of my mouth and upper gums where the skin meets the gums feel as if a cheese grader was used and 5hrs after the procedure the hole from the extracted tooth is feeling fine and not bleeding, however the roof of my mouth and upper gums won't stop bleeding and i am in lots of pain and they wouldn't even give me anything for pain, not even Ibuprofen! Then while the nurse was giving me post OP instructions she had to keep stopping mid sentence as she laughed! Very unprofessional!

I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Let's start with the front door... The office is clean and welcoming albeit a little hard to find for the first time. The office staff for the two doctors I saw were absolutely amazing. I would certainly hire them myself given the opportunity. Loved them! The doctors and their assistants were incredible. Professional, curtious, and took the time to ensure I had a complete understanding of the procedures being done. Did I mention them saving my life? Yeah, I had a blood sugar issue in the middle of a procedure. Turns out, I was in great hands... I love this place and the people in it and I'm a little sad that I can't see them more often.

Amazing, competent, understanding, calming, friendly . Up to date technology. From front to back the staff was helpful and kind. Everyone spoke to us as we walked to the back for the exam; even if they were not directly related to our care. Dr. Elizabeth Valme was understanding of my daughter's needs and was able to save her tooth from an un necessary crown that 3 other dentist told me she needed. She Catered to my daughter's needs as she is afraid of getting Injections. She was in conversation with my daughter the entire time she worked on her tooth putting her at ease . This doctor is amazing and I am glad I found such a wonderful place for my daughter. I can't say enough good things about this company and the staff. For once I was on an office where we felt like they were her for us not the other way around. Kudos to the Center for Specialized Dentistry.

Had such a hard time finding an Oral surgeon for my 8yr old son that needed work on an adult tooth. Called Center for Specialized Dentistry Dr Federico Grande in SLW office and they were there to help. Honest, Friendly and very helpful staff. My son isn't the easiest to deal with and they did the procedure in a flash! Definitely will use them again if needed. :-)

Everyone was so nice and quick. I was in pain and they took me quick and had my wisdom tooth out 60sec flat. Mr Grande was very nice, knowledgeable and handsome!

I love this place. I had a traumatic experience before so I was really apprehensive and scared. Dr. Grande went out his way to comfort me and make sure my experience was pleasant. The receptionist and nurse were great. I wish that he did general dentistry.
