Kristin did my cleaning, was very friendly and professional, she explained everything in details too me took her time taking care of my cleaning " the best cleaning I encountered for a long time . The visit to the dentist was awesome! The Dental Hygienist Mrs. Anna was simply the best! Her demeanor and professionalism while providing dental care was superb!!! This is by far the best cleaning and care I have ever experienced!!! Bless you Mrs. Anna!!!!

I had a Dental Crown placed on a bad tooth before this visit. An excellent piece of workmanship. This visit, the dental hygienist used excellent tools, very nice personality, gentle and my teeth feel clean and great.

It was a bad experience, but not the worst. 2 starts because I liked the dental hygienist, Tiffany. So, I called super early in the morning to try to get in the same day for an emergency appointment. I was pleased to find out they were able to get me in at 11:00am. (Scroll down to the last paragraph as this time is important) We get there and everyone seems nice enough, but after I checked in - the two girls at the front desk were visibly upset and talking loud enough they we could hear the entire conversation. We could hear them talking about one of the other patient's insurance information and how they were going to have to write all of the work they've done so far off. One of the ladies said something to the effect of, "I've been asking them to hire someone for insurance issues because this is not my job." Didn't think that was appropriate for all of us to hear. Anyway, I get called back and Tiffany was amazing. Dr. Schneider was really nice, but this is the problem. I spent the entire previous night vetting all of the doctors and deciding where I wanted to go for my emergency appointment. Dr. Schneider was listed no where on the website as an actual employee or an affiliate member. I didn't get to look at her credentials or her reviews. What if I had a previous encounter with her that was not great? Would never know not to come here because she wasn't listed on their website. While I did initially find her to be pleasant, I just didn't find that to be a good look or transparent... After the recommended an extraction, they sent me to the oral surgeon next door (an affiliate) to get that done despite saying they do extractions on site. So, I walked next door and they tell me they can do my emergency tooth extraction... in November. Two months away. Then as I was leaving, they were somehow able to schedule me for a consultation next Tuesday. They wanted to take more x-rays despite just having a full panel done at the office next to them. I declined, found my own oral surgeon, and he was able to take care of the problem the same day. He requested x-rays from CRCID, they only sent two despite taking a full panel, but he took more free of charge. He also had to call in an antibiotic that CRCID failed to do. I saved the best part for last. Remember how I said they were able to get me in at 11? The person sitting next to us in the waiting room also had her appointment at 11. This was pre-scheduled and not an emergency visit. After I got sent back, she inquired why it was taking so long for her because hers was at the same time as mine. The office "allegedly" sent her a text an hour prior to her appointment saying the had to push hers back to 11:40. 11:40 came and they told her they would have to reschedule for another time as they would not have time to see her today. We felt awful because I have a sinking feeling we took her spot and she was such a sweet woman.
