I'm a patient of Dr. R. Noordhoek. I've had a bone graft and 1 implant done so far. Now we are on the journey of fixing the upper left side of my mouth so I can have my smile back. I had A Sinus Lift surgery with bone graft done Monday and will, before this time next year, have my smile back. I have a few words to describe Dr. Noordhoek.. amazing, talented and incredible are just a few. She's an amazing Surgeon and does her magic as painlessly as possible. I have nothing but good things to say about the Center for Oral surgery and Dental implants. Everyone is kind and professional.

Had 3 teeth removed I chose gas, the staff was so friendly, the Dr was nice did a good job she explained everything to me. If I need anymore surgery on my month, teeth I will go back to them.

Dr. Noordhoek and all of the staff I came into contact with were great. I was initially well informed about everything that was going to transpire, and then given thorough instructions for afterwards. Dr. Noordhoek made sure I was as comfortable as possible before, during and after the procedure. Her and the staff's concern, competence and professionalism was apparent right from the start and did not change. I am very satisfied with my entire experience with The Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants of Rockford. Thank you.

OMG Dr. PANEK and assistant were fantastic. After wisdom tooth extraction and putting in an implant post next to it, I expected lots of pain and blood. Didn't happen. So so so happy I had these procedures done at the same time, and by these guys. Thank you so much. 5 stars are not enough. Happy to answer questions from anyone. Fyi, I'm 74 years old.

Dr. Noordhoek and all the staff are very professional, welcoming and attentive. Getting extractions are usually not fun however they make it as easy and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I had a molar removed. I appreciated the friendly service I enjoyed. Very professional service. All the staff was helpful and gave great directions for recovery. I hope to be able to return for other needed services.

I went for a consultation for a lesion in my mouth. Everything was explained very well and everyone was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this office for oral surgery.

My 10 yr old was asking questions like a normal 10 yr old would. It was obvious the staff was annoyed by it. Dr was very polite and helpful. Support staff was not welcoming, I was charged for x rays when they were done already by referring orthodontist. Was not given an estimate before we arrived. Felt like we were an inconvenience the entire time we were there.

I went in for consultation for extraction. There was a cancellation, and I could have the extraction today. Great, no second appointment! Dr Van Heukelom was excellent (as were her assistants)! Everything went as was explained to me, and I was done in no time. I took 2 pain pills that day and 1 the next morning. Within 24 hours, I had no pain, and didn't even feel like I had a tooth pulled. Credit to Dr VanHeukelom and her team. All office staff were friendly and courteous! Highly recommend!!!

The staff were nice and all but I didn't appreciate not being warned ahead of time that they would demand I pay almost $400 dollars at the time of my service. All they did was an x-ray and a consult. This place APARENTLY doesn't offer any sort of billing options, so if you're low income I would not recommend this office. Nice people, but I'd rather go to a place that allows me to not only get the healthcare I need, but is also considerate and accommodating to my financial status more then they are worried about getting cash in their pocket. Not to mention they are a pain to get any sort of insurance information to. You hand them the card and they scan it, but don't bother to mention that the card has no information for your dental insurance on it for them to contact? Seems selfish and unprofessional to me...so yeah, if you're a high income individual that doesn't need to worry about affording to put food on your table, this is a great place. Other wise, I'd recommend you stay far away from here.

Staff and Dr Panek were outstanding , came to them for a consult on a upper tooth Dr Panek offered several options and I walked away with the cost for removal and potential implant from karley who works closely with the insurance companies. Thanks to a Great Team. Dr Panek removed my bad tooth a very difficult extraction, he did a Great job and his staff worked with flawlessly. Great surgical work. I Recommend them for removal and implants, Thanks to Dr Panek and his staff.
