Thank you Center For Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery - Jackson Location (specifically Robyn for the clear post-op instructions, follow-up, and helping me with all my questions and concerns). It has been a smooth experience getting my daughters wisdom teeth removed.

Yes, getting an appointment in less than two months is close to impossible, but once you're there, the experience is wonderful! At my appt this morning, I told them I was anxious to get out in time for my son's graduation, and they did everything possible to make sure that would happen! The entire staff was so kind, and Dr. Ostler took care of me in no time with gentleness and skill. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Jeffrey C. Elbaum he was so nice He make sure the patient is comfortable he is the best and his lovely assistant is the best as well I would recommend him for your wisdom teeth extraction he make's sure you are calm and he explains the procedure thanks

The rude attitude is outrageous. The two office girls couldn't even stand there long enough to get their names because they were so disgustingly rude. 8:50AM 10/21/21. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Ridiculous.

I don't believe crowding people into a waiting room and taking them in at whoever's best convenience is the most common sense approach to any practice. An hour wait for a schedule appointment is completely unreasonable.

I recently had four impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Elbaum & highly recommend! Within 48 hours post-surgery I felt fine & didn't even need to take pain medication! When I contacted the office post-surgery just for clarification surrounding what foods I could begin to eat they were pleasant & helpful.

This is literally the most unprofessional office, they are under contract with horizonjhealth to render services to their patients but refuse to take any horizonnjhealth patients, super rude, don't understand insurance company policies and I reported them to horizonnjhealth and the department of njdentistry. DO NOT GO TO THESE OFFICES!!

Great experience all around - from Karen & Robin at the front desk to Dr. Steinele and his assistant doing the actual dental work I was very pleased. I am currently being treated for an infected wisdom tooth and will soon be going back to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Stinely was informative and very quickly helped me get out of excruciating pain. Karen & Robin at the front desk continuously help ease my anxious mind with all of my questions and phone calls and I couldn't be more appreciative! I work in an office and know how stressful it can be working in such a face pasted enviornment but these ladies and the Doctors make it work, with a smile on their faces. Highly recommended.
