I couldn't be more happy with our experience with COMS and Dr. Streinle, Tammy and his office in Freehold today! My daughter had to have emergency oral surgery done and they were able to get us in right away. The office staff was so kind and helpful with everything. Dr. Steinle and Tammy were kind, attentive, easy to deal with and immediately made my 8 year old daughter feel at ease! My daughter was so nervous and started to cry, but Dr. Steinle was so compassionate towards her. I can't thank the office enough and I will be recommending them to anyone we know who may need oral surgery in the future. Thank you! - The Murphy Family

Dr. Krost did my fis, surgery today . I'm telling you . This Guy should be a comedian leading him into procedure with laughs. Providing service for years in the community, and trust with complete faith . I was assured he would be ok Nicole and the other nurse took very good care of him during a quadruple extraction of wisdom teeth. I love the office staff they are professional. They need there own personal break room for meal breaks . Smelled like chicken when I walked in but trust me . I get it girls, Thanks all of you for the caring loving attentiveness you all give to every detail of the process. Hands down the best service !

Quick, Precise and efficient care, 3 words for Dr. Brian Krost's clinic. I had extractions and an implant done and him and his team always exceeded my expectations, going for 1 more implant. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

They made me drive out to the further Freehold office saying there was an earlier appointment available there. But the incompetent receptionist must have not entered anything into the system so when I got there they wouldn't see me. Whoever owns this practice doesn't seem to care about the fact that most of the negative reviews are about the administrative staff. They need to do a better job hiring.

Samantha the assistant or MA was definitely very comforting as this was my first time getting any type of oral extraction. She was also informative. Dr. Ostler was very gentle and made sure I was advise as to what was going on. He even assisted with a recommended TMJ doctor. Highly recommended!!!

I've been suffering from excruciating pain and my dentist referred me here. When I called the woman at the front desk informed me that I would have to come in for the consultation in JANUARY!!!!! It's NOVEMBER right now!!!!!! I'm like I can't wait for this!!!!!!! This can't be real life.

Doctor mike was great but His assistant NICOLE was completely inappropriate -- she was extremely flirtatious with my boyfriend and made him uncomfortable but he had an emergency and couldn't afford to walk out like he wanted to...neither of us appreciate it and we will not be back!

My son has asperger's and we're on medicaid and it was hard to find a dr to extract his wisdom teeth. We had a consult with Dr krost, and my son immediately felt comfortable with him! The staff is great and he went through the surgery with no problems!

Dr Michael Steinle D.M.D Great guy . Funny too. His assistant Nicole is Caring and alert of patients feelings . The doctor is pleasant and forth coming .

Let's start with I wish all doctors were like Dr. Krost. He is professional, caring and very attentive. My procedure went great! His assistant was excellent. The front desk is very informative and helpful. Would highly recommend Dr. Krost's office and staff. Thank you again! Kristine

The docs are great but the scheduling is so horrible I moved my business to another practice. Even a consultation was a two week wait for an appointment, and after a 45 minute wait the front desk staff couldn't even give me an idea when I'd be seen.

I was in such pain it was unbearable. They took orbital x-rays and I had an exam. They needed to pull a tooth. To say I'm afraid of the dentist is an understatement. He gave me Novacaine as well as the nitrous oxide and pulled the tooth. The novacaine wore of quickly and I had zero pain. Highly recommend.
