Was really nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed as I've never been put under before, but they did great. The whole staff was friendly and professional. Recovery has been smooth and they check in on you to be sure. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to this office by my dentist for a tooth extraction. The first interaction on the phone was terrible. The female didn't know what she was doing and wanted me to hang on, after 5 minutes to continue the insurance part of the phone interaction. I asked that she call me back after she had her had done her homework. No call back. Fire her! The second interaction with Bailey after my dentist got involved asked if I wanted local anesthesia or wanted to be put under. I told her I'd never had a tooth extracted and asked her to advise me since they were the experts. She told me to schedule a consultation and hung up. FIRE HER also!! I'll never to business there. The Dr's let these people exist.

Awesome care! I needed a tooth extracted and Dr. Dyer totally put me at ease by describing what would be happening at every step along the way. Quick, painless procedure and an overall great experience! Highly recommend if you find yourself in need!!

Even it has been 1 year, I still feel very disappointed and angry when I think about my experience. I removed my 4 wisdom teeth in 2021. One tooth on the upper right lead to a hole which connect my sinus and the mouth. This lead to the sinus infection. I eat numerous antibiotics to treat the infection but didn't help. Finally the problem was solved by another sinus surgery. The whole process is disaster. I highly question the professionality of the doctor who did the surgery. What's more important, the sinus infection could have been avoided if they discover the problem during my first and second revisit. The doctor who did the exam during revisit was careless. I addressed that I felt a little uncomfortable but they ignored it. Their fault cause my several month of pain and around extra 2000$ for the sinus surgery.

Although one of my implants failed -as a surgeon I know failures can happen -nevertheless this center is first class and I would recommend it to anybody who who requires complex maxillary and implant surgery-they are really good and so is their support staff-needless to say they did not charge me for the one failure (out of five),

Very clean and efficient location,, professional and caring staff. The only thing that would make it better is to get rid of the faces masks. The dental assoc. needs to catch up.

I went in for a routine cleaning at my dentist's and was told I required a molar be pulled and a bone graft placed. I had to do this in short order due to a personal travel plan. COMSDI got me in within 3 days and took care of my issue. They were more than accommodating, very friendly, offered comfort, and information at every step. I received a follow-up call later the same day to check on how I was feeling. I am confident in their work and ethics. I'm glad they were there for me.

I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Kramer yesterday, very quick, professional, respectful and cost much less than I expected. I have been a patient for decades, always great.

They were very friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Dr. Goldberg and the nursing staff were also welcoming and put me at ease. They were quick and efficient and followed up promptly with my questions afterwards! Great job!

I have had nothing but problems with this office. My paperwork was lost once, the doctor was condescending and didn't listen to my concerns, etc. I got the impression that the doctor had already decided he didn't want to work with me before he even got into the room. He was probably one of the most rude and dismissive health professionals I've ever met. Both staff and the doctor seemed to be fixated on the fact that I didn't have dental insurance and seemed more concerned about money rather than actually addressing my concerns. This seems to be consistent with what other reviewers have said. I actually can afford to pay out of pocket though, and I will be getting a second opinion at another office.

I thought I had a good experience. About a month ago I got 4 wisdom teeth removed and 1 molar. I go to my regular dentist yesterday for a cleaning and found out they only pulled 3 wisdom teeth and that's why I'm still in pain. On all of my paper work and EOB it states that they pulled it. I was charged and now I'm still in pain. I called the office on Wednesday and haven't received a call back! I'm very upset!!!!!!

All of the staff, from the front desk, to the surgical techs, to the physicians, were exceptionally accommodating and personable. The team there made what should have been an uncomfortable experience into a surprisingly pleasant one.

Great surgeon and great staff! I had a lot of anxiety going in, even crying the day before and calling them multiple times before my appt to make sure everything was okay, and they reassured me. Only complaint was that it didn't seem like I had the same anesthetic experience as many - my anesthetic started wearing off even while I was in the recovery room, and an hour after the operation, the right side of my jaw was already feeling pain. It was pretty achey and painful but an hour after taking meds I was fine. I had less pain than you'd think if your anesthetic wore off right after getting 4 teeth pulled, but I'd still have preferred the usual rubber-jaw feeling people normally feel for a couple hours after the operation

Dr. Dyer and assistant Christine were a great team. At every step, they caringly explained what to expect and, as promised, made it a pain-free experience.
