Both Dr. A. Anthony Rassouli and Dr. R. Jay Rassouli are avid believers in the importance of continuing education. In addition to staying abreast of the latest dental products and technology, they are the co-founders of the South Coast Dental Academy. The Academy is dedicated to providing ongoing dental instruction to dentists in the Orange County area.
While he attended the USC Dental School, Dr. A. Anthony Rassouli was honored to serve as class president for four years in a row; he also served on the committees for both Accreditation and Ethics. He was awarded several honorable awards from USC for his leadership skills and academic accomplishments.
Dr. R. Jay Rassouli grew up in Orange County and is a proud Southern California native. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Irvine and then moved on to dental school at University of Southern California (USC). While at USC, Dr. Rassouli served on the Accreditation Committee.
For several years after his graduation, he served on the USC Century Club's board of directors. The Century Club is a USC School of Dentistry organization that is dedicated to providing its members with ways to continue their education and continually broaden their dental experience.

The office was beautiful, the staff workers were wonderful and the Doctor was Amazing from start to finish. They all made sure my husband was well taken care with his front tooth crown replacement. The doctor suggesting veneers to keep this problem from happing again was an excellent choice for my husband. This office is the best we have ever been too. The doctor and his staff have a true passion for their work and their patients. Thank you Tracy for referring us to this doctor and his staff. Much Appreciation for all of you!!!

I have the best Dentist of all time. Dr. A and his entire staff treat me like family every single time I walk through the door. X-rays, chipped teeth, implants, cleaning and Invisalign, I've been there for everything. I was literally sad to finish my Invisalign because I'd see them less. Getting married in a couple weeks. Gonna go get my perfect teeth whitened just to say hi!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found such an amazing dentist! If I could give 100 stars I would. Dr. Rassouli is a true artist with how he practices dentistry. He is honest, extremely kind and very meticulous about every last detail. Both my husband and I saw him for Invisalign & teeth whitening before our wedding. We were both blown away by the results and how accommodating he was of our timeline. Not only is he the best, his staff is spectacular as well! Luis, Kevin and everyone else we've had the pleasure of working with always have a smile on their face and go above and beyond for us. Thank you all for everything you do to help us smile better :)

This practice used to be reliable but lately they've started to overcharge the patients without their knowledge. I've had several encounters where they sent me the unexpected bills. A couple of times they quoted me a dental service fee for which I made the full payment but to my surprise, they sent me additional bills for the same service again. When I called to ask about the charges, I ended up facing atrocious and very disrespectful behavior from them. Overall terrible management & billing department. Be super cautious as they can overcharge you despite the fact they quoted you a lesser amount.

"I am a long time customer 7 years+. I travel now 90 miles each way to continue my dental maintenance and treatment at this trusted dentist. I would not consider going elsewhere. They are current with the new technologies, and do everything possible to make it totally pain free and an enjoyable visit. I cannot speak highly enough. ".

I don't know why I haven't shared my experience with this dental office yet. I've been coming here for several months now - Dr. A and his entire team are the most welcoming, warm and professional dental office that I've ever been to. Also, Luis is the man! Would recommend 10/10 times to family and friends!

If I could give 20 positive stars I would. Dr. Rassouli and each and every staff member deserves it. I came in for Invisalign and have been beyond pleased with my results. Dr Rassouli is a perfectionist, not only for looks but also function. I purely was interested in looks, but I was pleased to find that my overall tooth health increased and tarter buildup and recession decreased. Win win!!! Dr R didn't quit until he got perfection, which was even beyond my level of perfection (and I'm pretty picky). I also was pleased with the kindness and positive attitude of his staff as well. Special shout-out to Luis and Kevin! Not only will I continue going to them for any dental needs, but definitely will refer!

Dr. Kevin Nguyen and Dr. Anthony Rassouli did amazing work for me. I needed crowns done on my two front teeth and I dont even notice they are there! the color and shape are amazing. would definitely recommend to anybody looking for dental work!

After having a terrible relationship with my previous Dentist, Dr. Rassouli and his entire team have made it possible for me to actually look forward to my Dentist appointments! Always a very friendly and efficient atmosphere! I'm currently on Invisalign and have been very happy with the results I've reached with Dr. Rassouli so far. Highly highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

I don't even know where to properly start, I never thought I'd be so moved by a dental experience so much so to prompt me to leave a review on all review platforms possible. Admittedly been a minute since I've had a proper dental exam, so I was nervous and self conscious walking in. I don't have the best dental genetics and always was scared of judgement and being made to feel well, not normal/gross/ugly in a dental practice. From booking my appointment, check in, pre exam, exam, cleaning, consult with the doctor I can honestly say I never felt more welcomed, embraced, supported, educated and well like family everyone there has known for years- regardless of having literally just met them All. I felt very comfortable asking all the questions I had and every single staff member I could've easily mistaken for the doctor because of their level of professionalism, knowledge and overall expertise. Literally every single person in the building seems to carry the same level of passion & education. As much as Dr Rassouli is deserving of a rave review all to himself, Dr K aswell.... their support staff is truly what makes this practice exceptional. Luis the practice manager was incredibly kind, hospitable, organized and super informative. He even jumped in during my exam process to help the registered hygienist with some X-rays. Truly incredible to witness the business/office manager display a very CLEAR understanding and experience in the entire dental process. Not to mention was a blazing example of team work that happened within the building. Kristin was my super skilled, highly experienced and clearly super passionate registered dental hygienist. I immediately felt very comfortable with her, she walked me through everything she was doing and why. She was able to answer all of my questions and even educate me further on things I had no idea about. She's truly passionate and clearly vastly experienced. Nevermind having a very welcoming personality matched with exemplary professionalism. Austin was also fully versed in my exam process, he too had a clear passion for what he does. He was also incredibly informative and very proactive throughout my entire exam lending a hand to everyone involved in the process assisting from all different angles fulfilling many needs. He seems to carry a lot of responsibility here and rightfully so- with his professionalism and ability to make patients feel welcome and comfortable I can see why. Lastly Dr Rassouli and Dr K were incredible. Made me feel like I've known them for years and truly sparked a fire of excitement in me that my dream smile is not only obtainable, it will come to me in shorter time than I imagined. They made me feel not only like family, but truly embraced and appreciated for choosing them over any other office. They have a client/patient for LIFE! I've never had such a positive medical experience in my entire life. Nothing beats their lengthy experience/education, passion for not only what they do but I can tell they genuinely care for their patients. I was only offered what's truly BEST for me and my dental health. After years of going to offices that were unprofessional, clearly trying to up sell and being treated poorly I nearly gave up hope that there's truly a compassionate and honest office out there... but ALAS it's HERE. The practice itself is beautiful, very clean well kept and their Covid protocol flawless. Getting an appointment was seamless. Plenty of parking and even a cute little drug store with snacks galore on the bottom level. I can't believe I'm saying this, but GASP I look forward to returning in a couple weeks to start my journey towards a dream smile. Thank you Dr Rassouli, Dr K, Luis, Kristin, Austin, Amir!!!!

I had a great first appointment at Dr Rassouli's office today. The communication prior to the appointment and electronic paperwork was quick and efficient. When I arrived at the office Luis Desantiago greeted me and was friendly and professional throughout the visit. The exam and technology used for imaging was impressive. I have never seen so much technology in a dental appointment before. Dr Rassouli shared logical treatment plan with me and was easy to understand. This is a great office for dental care!
