I call billing department three time today she never call back and then I call again she answered with attitude. Monica is the service manager of this location very rude , impolite. She don't care about anything you tell her . She just want to speak and speak with out listening to you ., I will never recommend this doctor cause they take exams the your insurance won't cover and make you paid out of pocket! Just be carful if you go there !! They will ripe you off.

This office needs to be updated with Covid safety protocols including plastic covers on chairs and headrests. I'm uncomfortable just sitting hair. Haven't even seen the doctor yet

Made my exposed nerve molar extraction a very short and professional experience. Saved my life. I'm beyond grateful for the work of the doctor and staff. Thank you so much guys !!!love you all again!!!!

My son had surgery and I could not have asked for a better doctor and staff. The entire team walked me through the procedure and what to do after. My son is the worst when it has to do with anything with his teeth. He was very loud and uncooperative but they were absolutely great with him. I have no complaints about anyone from this office. The front desk is very welcoming as well. Great place and great people!!! I couldn't be happier!!

I went here in April 2019 for a preliminary exam of my wisdom teeth to see if any were impacted. They took my insurance information and I didn't hear from them again until almost two years later in 2021 when I received a bill. I thought it must be an error - surely they weren't reaching out to me for the first time two years later, but they were. When asked for an explanation I was told there's a pandemic - well, yes, there is, but that doesn't explain the time gap from April 2019 through March 2019. If you're reading this you might ask well wasn't I reimbursed from my insurance? Apparently yes I was - it just doesn't change the fact that they should have issued the bill way sooner. What they charged also didn't align with my reimbursement. It's all just sketchy and poor administration.

I took my daughter last year to get her teeth extracted and the staff was incredibly insensitive to the fact that it could be a scary process for a young girl. They were unprepared, impatient and unprofessional in how they dealt with her. We got so frustrated at lack of care that ended up leaving and going somewhere else that was wonderful. Even though we didn't get a procedure done and left dissatisfied, we still got charged a full bill. I called them several times to discuss the bill and got the run around. Each time I called, they said they would handle it and then three months later, I would get a new bill telling me I was late. Call again, same story. After over a year of the run around, I paid the bill because I didn't want to see the bills anymore, even though I felt I didn't owe anything for no service. The office might be good for adults, but I do not recommend this office at all for children's dental procedures.

I got to know Dr. Rutner and his staff very well after wisdom teeth surgery and two infections this year. He is kind, experienced, and listens to all concerns/questions. The staff are very patient and friendly when they answer the phone. I met Dr. Cardoso at my most recent visit and he was also a very compassionate doctor who explained everything thoroughly.

My son who is in his early teens and very nervous about any dental work had an extraction at this office. He was in an out in record time with little to no discomfort. His immediate reaction was of amazement at how pain free the entire experience was. The staff in the front was very busy but extremely efficient, friendly and courteous. Dr. Cardoso was very nice to talk to and made it a swift visit. Overall an A+ team. So relieved to have been referred to them.

I saw Dr. Cardoso for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and he was incredible! He walked me through every part of the procedure, explained what was going on with my tooth/mouth in terms that I could easily comprehend and answered every *panicky* question I had with understanding. The procedure was quick and painless and he made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way!

Two Words! Dr. Cardoso! Never met him. I called his emergency hotline. I had what might be characterized as a dry socket nightmare and during his weekend and his time off he texted me NON STOP checking on me. I literally felt like I was being tended to by a family member. He even issued a prescription (IBUPROFEN 800's) which indeed aided in alleviating my pain. What an amazing and compassionate human being. I thank you sir!

Good afternoon Dr.Cardoso, this is Matt Crowley's mom, Anne-Marie. Matt was in yesterday morning to have his wisdom teeth removed, and I wanted to text you with an update as you so kindly provided me with your cell. He's doing amazingly well considering he had 4 teeth removed. He took the 2 meds you said he needed to take (and will continue with the amoxicillin for the next 6 days) and only needed the ibuprofen until this morning. He did not need the additional pain med at all. There'a no swelling and he's already back to eating Chipotle (maybe not ideal, but one of his favorites!) I'd like to thank you for making this an amazing experience, from his initial consultation through to the removal. You have a wonderful bedside manner clearly explaining the procedure every step of the way. You made Matt and his Mom very comfortable. I believe your positive talk in the recovery area went a long way in the healing too! Your staff and assistants were excellent too. Especially when having to deal with additional protocols due to the virus. Every contact with your staff from setting up the appointment to receiving the phone call to say he was done was handled professionally and in a friendly manner. Thank you again for taking such great care of our son!

Dr. Rutner is fantastic! I just had my wisdom teeth removed at his office and him and his staff were so friendly and made the entire process very comfortable and easy. The consultation didn't feel rushed, he listened to all my concerns and was very understanding and helpful. Even the receptionists are super nice. Overall the experience was great (and I never thought I'd be saying that about a surgery!) Highly recommend.

Dr. Cardoso was terrific! I had to have a tooth extracted and before he started he spent time explaining the procedure and options involved. He was very concerned about how I was doing throughout the entire procedure. And in the few days following the surgery, I had little to no pain at all. I highly recommend the Center to anyone in need of any type of dental procedure. Thank you Dr. Cardoso!

Great, kind service. The team there is very organized and made me feel better about my tooth extraction. Also very cautious when it comes to public health. I will definitely go back if I need to!
