Everyone in the office was very helpful, polite and personable. Doctor Miller was great. He explained things in detail and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Even the financial/insurance personnel were very efficient in working with me about insurance information. This is Chuck Smith by the way - Jyana's husband.

Everyone was kind, from the front desk personnel at the front door to the nurses and Dr. Miller. All seemed truly interested in providing me with quality care, ensuring I understood everything before, during and after my procedure. The nurse did a follow up check by phone afterwards as well. I was in the best of hands and appreciate the outstanding care I received. My sister saw Dr. Miller in the past and heartily recommended him, which made me even more at ease with choosing this group. Thank you all.

100% would recommend this place to anyone needing work done. Dr. Miller and his staff is amazing. Everyone was very nice and super professional. The day of my procedure I was extremely nervous. They were very reassuring and helped me calm my nerves. I had no issues afterwards. Just the normal pain and some swelling. If I ever need work done I will definitely return.

Dr. Ivo Miller and staff are professional yet caring and friendly. Their main concern is their patient! I was treated as though I was their only patient for the day. Their facility is state-of-the-art. This is the second time I have had to use their services and I would not go anywhere else. Dr. Ivo Miller has two locations - Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN. Excellent!!

Dr. Miller came highly recommended by my dentist. He got me in for a consultation about my cracked molar within a week. I was scheduled for surgery within 3 days. He was even receptive to my preference to do everything in one surgery (extraction, bone graft and implant) in order to limit time off work. He and his staff were excellent the day of surgery. I felt entirely comfortable and did not have any issues afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an oral surgeon. They took good care of me.

I love this branch of COFS! It's always quiet there unlike their Chattanooga office, but you have access to the same oral surgeons and quality care. Because I'm a super nervous nelly the fact that the office is less busy makes it so much easier on me. It's a pleasant setting with really kind and caring staff. I've had multiple procedures performed there and Dr. Cannon has done a wonderful job every time.

I love this branch of COFS! It's always quiet there unlike their Chattanooga office, but you have access to the same oral surgeons and quality care. Because I'm a super nervous nelly the fact that the office is less busy makes it so much easier on me. It's a pleasant setting with really kind and caring staff. Today I was referred to this oral surgeon due to a complicated extraction at my dentist. I arrived still numb from the first procedure. The staff worked fast to get me worked in. Let me say that I am absolutely HORRIFIED of the dentist...bad experience in the past (not with my current dentist, he is awesome). So when I arrived at the surgeons office I was somewhat in a panic. I was made to feel comfortable and reassured that I needed to be sedated due to the complication. Everything went as well as planned, his staff even returned from lunch faster than you can imagine just to get me worked in. WAY TO GO CENTER FOR ORAL & FACIAL SURGERY!! Y'all are super, prices are affordable! I highly recommend this surgeon and his awesome staff! OH, let me throw one more praise, at 43 I have NEVER EVER had an IV placed in my right hand without the vein being blown and blood going everywhere, along with horrible bruising that covers my whole hand. TODAY WAS A FIRST! I have a teeny red spot and a very tiny bruise! AWESOME!!!
