Dr. Roland is a Class of 2001 graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School. She completed a general practice residency at York Hospital, PA in 2002. Dr. Roland then worked as an associate dentist in a general practice in Southern Maryland before she opened The Center for Innovative Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics in January 2008.Dr. Roland continued her post-graduate training at the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) and The Prestigious Facial Beauty Institute. Dr. Roland has since been selected multiple times as a Top Dentist in America by the Consumers Research Council of America. Due to constant changes in the world of dentistry, along with the evolution of science, Dr. Roland and her team invest in education every year. This allows Dr. Roland to give her family of patients world-class care and state-of-the-art technology. Furthermore all the education and support has helped her formulate her exclusive treatments that she offers.
Her husband, Jason and Dr. Roland have 4 children and enjoy spending active quality time with the family. In her limited spare time, Dr. Roland enjoys her quiet time practicing yoga, she also enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking her native Mediterranean dishes.
LVI Fellow: LVIF is the distinction awarded to those who have completed the LVI CORE Curriculum which includes a minimum of 177 continuing dental education hours of training in advanced aesthetics, and Physiologic science, and who has successfully completed a comprehensive examination.

After looking for two years for a new dentist to replace my former one who retired, I finally found Dr. Roland, in whom I have confidence, and I also believe she deserves a Five Star rating! They are patient, never rushed and always make it a Fun experience. Dr Roland and DeDe 100% changed my total fear of dentistry and in doing so changed my life . I overcame my anxiety , felt so supported throughout my three year process of total reconstruction, and laughed a lot the entire time ! Probably the best thing I have ever done for my health and self confidence . After so many years of avoiding the dentist I now am amazed that I look forward to it . Unbelievable .

All the X RAYS they took and charged me for were insufficient according to 2 other dentists and 3 technicians . They didn't show the roots of the teeth or all the back teeth. I had to redo all of x rays . I have tried to reach them by phone for days and they don't pick up. I am not sure they are professional. So if you don't want to throw away $300.00 I would look elsewhere .

I had a tooth pulled and my experience was amazing! Dr. Roland and her beautiful staff are as professional as it gets, she was gental with the procedure and genuinely cared about your comfort before, during and after the visit.
