Dr. Torbert is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He enjoys taking continuing education classes and is always looking for opportunities to advance his clinical skills and better serve his patients.
Dr. Torbert enjoys traveling and gaining new cultural perspectives. He recently returned from Singaporewhere he and his wife lived for a year! Dr. Torbert had the opportunity to see and experience many new cultures around Southeast Asia. He loves to cook for friends and family. Dr. Torbert enjoys grilling in the summer, and he has recently been experimenting with new ingredients and recipes inspired by dishes he tried in Asia. Dr. Torbert also enjoys camping and hiking, particularly in the Wichita Wildlife Refuge.

Exceptional Dentistry is by far the most outstanding dental practice that I have ever been to in my 45+ years of choosing my own dentist. The entire staff from the receptionist to Ginger my hygienist, to Dr. Torbert my dentist who has done several difficult procedures for me; everyone is very welcoming, warm, caring, comforting, and it is obvious that their goal is patient care not how much money they can make. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist and for someone who is scared to death of dentists that is saying a lot.

The doctor and the whole staff are very well trained and capable. They are also friendly and accomodating to any needs you may have. We would say that this is truly an EXCEPTIONAL practice!

I was very impressed with how personable, professional, and polite the staff was. The dentist was honest with me about my situation and provided a referral to an orthodontist even though he could have helped me because he wanted me to get the best treatment possible for my specialty case. I was treated so well on my first visit I shall be using this dentist for many years to come.

Excellent visit as usual. I do miss not being able to sign-in now but my signature is not that great anyway. After a few minute wait I was greeted at the door by Glenda the Good Tech who escorted me back to my usual recliner and in a couple of minutes my teeth were being expertly rehabilitated while classic songs played in the background and Glenda cracked jokes at just the right moment when I was unable to laugh, talk and sometimes even breathe but it all worked out. Doctor T came in and checked things over and gave me a pass and then Glenda painted my teeth up with some mint fluoride. The only thing that prevents me from giving this six stars...I mean besides there only being five stars, is they don't have bacon-flavored fluoride. Get on that, please!

I am like many of you in that I truly do not like going to the dentist. We all know it is important to take care of our health which includes your teeth, gums and mouth. Dr Tolbert and staff put my anxiety and fears to rest with their excellent care and approach. In addition, it is refreshing to see a Team of professionals work so well in a polite, courteous and professional manner with each other. Nice parking lot, but small & a bit difficult to maneuver. Pleasant waiting room & exam rooms. Employees are friendly.
