After practicing for 16 years, I can finally articulate my Why. The simple reason is because I am trying to build trust back in the field of healthcare. Today, the insurance, patient, and doctor are fighting with one another and the disease wins. In an ideal world, the three together fight the disease. Every day, every procedure, every person I meet helps me fulfill the vision, one step at a time.
I grew up in Mumbai, where my mother was herself a dentist. I basically grew up in the dental office and knew on a subconscious level that dentistry was my calling as well. I attended my mothers alma mater, Nair Hospital Dental College, where I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004.
Upon moving to the United States, I attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, earning my Certificate in Prosthodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry. This was a three-year comprehensive program in prosthodontics where I addressed complex cases involving removable, fixed, and implant prosthodontics.
When Im not in the office, I play heavy thinking strategy board games, though Catan does not qualify. I love to go hiking and camping, build computers, and think about solving the worlds problems. I have a creative side too, which I express through cooking.

Our office is a state-of-the-art facility with the best quality dental care in the Annandale, VA area. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Our goal is to make our patients feel comfortable and right at home in our office as if they were family.
We believe in a larger than life philosophy of building trust across all areas of our practice. We have a full service lab in-house where we make all our prosthetics, which helps reduce wait time for our patients. Our digital 3D scanners, cameras, sensors, and CBCT ensure the most accurate diagnosis, efficient treatment plan, and longest lasting results.

I always have a wonderful experience when visiting Center For Dentofacial Aesthetics for dental work. Yesterday Stephanie did my cleaning with a follow-up from Dr. Aggarwal. Both are the very best in their business. And each time I visit, they are always 100% on time, professional, and friendly. This is true of the entire staff. Thank you.

It was my first time at this center and it was a great experience to be honest. The place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue with them to take care of my teeth. They also got a gift bag for new patients!

Every single person I have interacted with here has been so nice, courteous, good to talk to and of course, very good at what they do. Dr. Aggarwal is the best dentist I have ever had. I have already referred 2 people to him who changed to the practice and I'll happily continue to refer more.

Staff and facilities are so bright and cheery. I have severe anxiety regarding the dentist due to some past experiences and they made me feel welcome and addressed all of my concerns. The Dentist was so nice and laid out a plan for me for the future to get my smile back on track. I've not smiled properly in over a decade but I feel confident that they will be able to help and I'm super excited to get started!

This is a terrific practice. We have visited several times and I just had a necessary extraction. Dental techs are great and Dr. Aggarwal is both skilled and personable. They provide excellent information to their patients, great from top to bottom. I recommend them without reservation.
