Dr. Arun K Garg is a nationally recognized dental educator and surgeon who for over 20 years, served as a full-time professor of surgery in the division of oral and maxillofacial surgery and as director of residency training at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller school of medicine.
Frequently awarded faculty member of the year by his residents, Dr. Garg is considered the worlds preeminent authority on bone biology, bone harvesting and bone grafting for dental implant surgery and has written and published nine books and a dental marketing kit which has been translated in multiple languages and distributed worldwide. He has been a featured speaker at dozens of state, national and international dental association conventions and meetings including the American Academy of Periodontology, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the International Dental Implant Association.

Dr. Rezakhani and her team made a miracle happen! I went into the office for the first time last year and I was absolutely distraught because my front tooth had to be extracted and we weren't even sure if we could put an implant in. Being 32 and a person who is constantly smiling I was so stressed out about the situation. But throughout the whole process I trusted the doctor and she made a miracle happen!!! I left the office today and finally after a long journey received my permanent implant!! I must say you cant even tell I have an implant in! The team in Aventura is wonderful! All the ladies are lovely and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Center for Dental Implants to anyone seeking implants :) Thank you again for everything!!!

I bought dentures a year ago. It broke in half while eatingp. Thank god they were able to fix my dentures and didn't charge me. They are professional and clean and will let you pay off your bill. I recommend them highly.

I wanted to go get my veneers and the staff was so helpful. Dr. Rezakhani made sure throughout the whole operation that I was fine. I would definitely recommend this place to other people! The staff and the receptionist were wonderful.

Over the last 25+ years I've had an unfortunate need of numerous dental procedures and over that period I've had visited handful of dentist offices around the world where I resided, be it in Australia, Hong Kong or US. Ever since I moved to Miami almost 5 years ago I was hesitating in seeing a dentist due to some bad experiences I had in the past but luckily I came across this office where I felt like I walked into a 5-Star dentist office that made me feel not only welcome but also every single member of the office actually cared about me and my wellbeing. In this day and age where many companies and business have forgotten the basic necessity of providing firstclass client and patient services, Dr. Nilo and her team have gone above and beyond the call of duty to display that experience at a whole different level. If you're looking for an extremely talented, honest and compassionate dentist with a solid caring team behind her, this is the dental office I would recommend. Doctor Rezakhani treated me and performed several procedures including dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery. She is very professional and detail-oriented, my teeth not only look wonderful now but they also work great. I highly recommend her.

On May 31st 2022 I decided to go to the dentist due to a molar that had a cavity that was causing me lots of pain. The x-ray and consolation was $19 which is a fabulous price when your on a budget like me. My insurance didn't cover the complete cost so they allowed me to pay the remainder on my follow up visit so that I can do the procedure. The Doctor prescribed me antibiotics and over the counter pain medicine to start before the procedure the next day. June 1st 2022 day of the Molar extraction, Nurse Silva and the Doctor were very patient and understanding of my fear, the Doctor explained the procedure in detail and showed me the instrument's she would be using and what I would feel so that I could be at ease. The Doctor advised me that my wisdom tooth that was by the Molar being extracted was also in decay and Should be extracted, I explained my money problem and she took it out at no charge because she knew I would still be in pain. I'm so great ful for her generosity it's rare know in days to find someone willing to help another, she's a Saint. From the cleanliness of the office, the very helpful & friendly staff and the awesome Doctor...this Dental office is Top Notch above and beyond 100% Customer Service. I highly recommend it.

Amazing staff from the moment you walk in. Excellent attention to detail on all aspects of the clinical side as well :) My cleaning was very thorough. I felt safe with all the COVID craziness going on. The doctor was also amazing and provided excellent tools to improve my oral health through a natural approach :)
