Being a dentist means everything to me: I doubt I will ever retire. I would miss the great bonds I have with our staff, as well as with patients and their families. I am truly a people-person and love my day-to-day interactions with our amazing community.

I am a nurturing, caring person. I am happiest encouraging and helping others. I especially enjoy building trust and fostering a sense of security and safety with our more nervous patients. Dentistry as practiced today offers truly painless options and people who have dental anxiety have nothing to fret about when coming to see us!

My father was a cardiologist and I grew up knowing I wanted to work in the medical field. Dentistry was a natural fit for my skills and interests: after practicing for more than 35 years, I have no doubt I made the right decision!

Weve built a remarkable dental practice, where we put our patients wellbeing at the forefront of all we do. Our staff and doctors are experienced, compassionate, kind people. We genuinely care about our patients and do our best to keep them comfortable during visits. I always say we have 'good karma' or a good 'aura at the office and thats reflected in our patients smiles!

There are constant advancements in dentistry, from revolutionary techniques to new technologies and materials. Im fascinated by these changes and strive to stay current through continuing education. Im an active member of the North Coast Dental Study Club, learning from and with my peers and other oral healthcare specialists.

These organizations provide access to a range of continuing education courses, locally, regionally, and nationally at conferences and seminars. They also offer peer-reviewed research discussions and other information through journals and periodicals.

My wife Roberta is a Registered Nurse with an MBA in Healthcare. Ive three sons: Doug is a professional poker player; Matt is a business manager of a construction company; and Tim recently graduated from law school. My late father was a cardiologist who served in the Army at the end of WWII, during the liberation of the concentration camps. He also did pre- and post-op care for renowned heart surgeon Claude Beck, who pioneered pre-bypass surgical procedures.

When not working, music is my favorite hobby. Im active in the music ministry of several Catholic churches and am in two groups, The Fabulous Blue Moons and Light of 2 Moons, too. We play a range of styles. I also love to play and watch sports.

Being a dentist is more than looking at and working on teeth. Its about connecting with each patient, understanding what they desire in terms of care, and building a relationship with them as we achieve the dental goals. Some people are focused on improving and maintaining their dental health. Others want to change their smile or need restorative care so theyre able to comfortably and properly chew. Im always attentive and respectful of each persons desires.

Im particularly drawn to reconstructive work with dental implants: giving someone a new smile, and a reason to do so, is amazing. When I watch a persons face as they see their new smile for the first time, and see how overwhelmed and pleased they are with what weve accomplished, it brings tears to my eyes. I am humbled to help others in this way.

For as long as I can remember Ive been part of the dental world. I was fortunate to spend my summers, when I was younger, working in both of my parents dental offices. I grew up seeing their relationships with patients and the fulfillment they found in their work. I knew it was the right profession for me.

I am happy working in a positive environment where all of us focus on our patients comfort and overall wellbeing. Hearing the staff and doctors talking and laughing with our patients, and seeing the bonds that grow between patients, their families, and us, is wonderful. We feel like one big, warm, supportive family!

Im committed to providing patients with the most up-to-date dentistry. Each year I complete many hours of continuing education, studying advancements in materials, techniques, and technology. In addition to attending live lectures I also participate in many hands-on classes.

I grew up in Willoughby Hills, OH; after some time living further east Ive returned to my hometown. When not working, I enjoy time with my fianc, Rick, and our dog, Morgan. We love skiing, boating and fishing on Lake Erie, trying different restaurants, and relaxing at home.

I enjoy talking with our patients and families. Since starting with the practice, in 1982, Ive made many wonderful friendships and treasure those connections. Its great to strengthen those bonds and create new ones each day. I greet and check in patients, update their records, and enter payments. I also handle scheduling and work with patients on financial agreements.

Our patients are some of the most wonderful people in the world. I enjoy our conversations and look forward to seeing their smiles! Ive been part of the Center for Dental Health since 1996. I welcome patients, help them schedule visits, and handle filing their insurance claims. I am also in charge of our accounts receivable and payable.

I really like getting to know our patients on a personal level and hearing about their lives and families. I joined our team in 2006, having started in the field in 1988, and know this is the best practice. I set-up operatories, then I seat patients, prepare them for their procedures, and take X-rays and alginate impressions. I also provide chairside assistance and handle lab work.

Im happy to partner with each of my patients, helping them improve their oral and overall health. I joined the practice in 1975, left for eight years, and returned in 1996. Its a great feeling to be caring for some of the same people and their children! I clean teeth, examine the mouth for signs of dental disease, and teach patients about dental hygiene. Seeing a clean smile at a recall visit makes my day!

Im a wife, mother, and grandmother. I love sports, motorcycling, photography, travel, and yoga. Im also a volunteer with Lake County Ohios Fight Against Heroin, raising awareness about addiction and reaching out to addicts with resources and support.

I look forward to patient visits: its fun to hear whats happening in their lives. I became part of the Center for Dental Health family in 2012 and am glad to be here! Working in our clinic I seat patients, prepare them to see the doctor, and explain what well be doing. Sitting chairside, I assist the doctor with the procedure while making sure our patient is comfortable.

I love spending time talking with patients. Its a good feeling to get to know each on a personal level while helping their mouth become cleaner and healthier! Ive been working here since 1995: were a big family and our patients are part of that. I screen patients for oral cancer, take X-rays, clean their teeth, and teach them how to care for their smiles.

I love being part of so many families lives. Ive been at the Center for Dental Health since 1982 and am caring for some of the same people, and now their children and grandchildren, as when I started! I work one-to-one with patients, helping each attain their healthiest smile. By teaching people how to keep their mouth clean and healthy, theyre able to keep that smile for life!

I love being part of a great team, where we help people improve their dental health and their smiles. I joined the team in 1999 and immediately knew Id found my professional family. I provide chairside assistance, helping the doctors while supporting patients during dental and orthodontic procedures. I also assist with restorative work.

I always pay attention to our patients comfort level: I want each to know theyre in a safe space and that we provide comfortable dental care. I started with the Center for Dental Health in 1984 and love the friendships Ive made. Working in the clinic, I assist our doctors while supporting patients. I also work in the front office, checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling visits, and helping patients with insurance matters.

I enjoy meeting people and hearing their stories. We serve a diverse community and I learn a lot from talking with and listening to our patients. I started working in the dental field in 1985 and found my professional home here in 1988. I work closely with doctors and patients, restoring teeth and creating wonderful smiles.

Im a people-person and love spending time talking and laughing with our patients. Its a great feeling to help people feel comfortable and at home at the dentist! I joined the Center for Dental Health in 2008 and love how everyone is focused on our patients wellbeing. Working in the clinic, I assist the doctors with a range of dental procedures and support our patients at the same time.

I love being part of a practice where our doctors and team go above and beyond to make sure every patient receives the best care. I started in the dental field in 2012 and joined this practice in 2016. Im enjoying getting to know our patients and learning who they are. I setup and stock the operatories, sterilize instruments, and make sure the doctor has everything needed to care for our patients. I also track inventory and stock.

My free time usually involves being with my family, including my younger sister and my dog, Daisy. I enjoy helping my grandparents run their restaurant, love arts and crafts, and like working on new projects and being outdoors.

I enjoy helping patients and making sure they feel at ease in our office, so they know they are welcome and in a supportive space. After starting in the dental field in 1982, I joined the Center for Dental Health in 1994 and know this is the best practice! I oversee all departments, schedule the team, and make sure our daily schedule runs smoothly. I also troubleshoot any issues and handle insurance coordination.

Outside of work, Im a bit of a foodie who enjoys crafts and loves to travel. Ive been married for 35 years and have three children and grandchildren: time with them is a priority and I love watching each grow and change!

I am so happy to work closely with patients, helping each of them achieve the beautifully clean and healthy smile they deserve. Ive been part of the Center for Dental Health since 2001 and am honored by the friendships that have grown with patients. I clean teeth and teach patients about home dental hygiene. I also clean the treatment rooms, stock supplies, and assist with scheduling.

My personal time is spent with my family. Im married and have two young daughters, Madalynn and Natalie, and a family dog, Madison, too. I enjoy the outdoors, especially jogging, and love family camping trips and vacations.

Dr. Wazney and her team fit me in at the last minute to fix two chipped teeth. I was pretty bruised and swollen when she worked on me, but I had no pain during the repair process. She was kind and thorough.

Friendly Staff, No long wait, easy to get appointment, they send several reminders. Dr. Wazney is great, answers all the questions and is glad to see you. Dental Hygienist did an excellent job of using ultrasonic probe with suction - no pain, no torture. Was out within 1 hour (Imagine that!!!).

I recommend the Center for Dental Care at Chagrin because the Dr. Wazney and her staff are friendly, professional, and caring. With every visit, I know they care about my dental health now and in the future, and that they'll point out anything that might need to be treated sooner rather than later. They also follow COVID-19 safety precautions for their patients/clients and for their staff, which helps me feel comfortable in their waiting room and in the rest of the office.
