Dr. Ura is committed to excellence. He earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Michigan in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Upon graduation, he went directly to dental school at the University of Michigan and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He has been selected by New Hampshire Magazine as one of New Hampshires Best Dentists multiple times.

Dr. Ura has been practicing dentistry in Nashua since 1987. He moved his practice to its current location in 1989. His main focus is on restorative dentistry and he has completed over 2500 hours of post-graduate education in restorative care. Dr. Ura is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. In 1998, Dr. Ura earned a Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry then in 2009 earned his Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2016, he was awarded the Lifelong Service Award from the Academy of General Dentistry, an award that has been bestowed to less than 0.5% dentists worldwide. He is a past President of both the Nashua Dental Society and New Hampshire Dental Society. Dr. Ura also served the American Dental Association on the Council on Dental Benefits as well as chairing the Subcommittee of the Code. Dr. Ura is currently Chairman of the New Hampshire Dental Societys Continuing Education Committee. He is a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the International College of Dentists and the American College of Dentists, an invitation only group dedicated to service and ethics.

Dr. Ura is also uniquely qualified to provide effective relief from chronic snoring and other sleep disorders, and he has a dedicated sleep center at his practice. Dr. Ura is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and he has been trained in dental sleep medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr.Ura has also received training at the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.

Dr. Ura is committed to community service and has served on the boards of Girls Incorporated, Immaculate Conception Parish Council, and was President of the Gate City Kiwanis, as well as a Nashua Youth Soccer League coach. Dr. Ura is married and has three grown kids and two grandchildren. (Their daughter Lisa Ura-Bollinger is an attorney in the same building). The Uras reside in Nashua.

Dr. Janiga attended Trinity College where he graduated with Honors in Chemistry in 2011. While at Trinity, he played baseball and was a member of their 2008 national championship team. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, earning his DMD with Honors in Clinical Dentistry in 2015. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Janiga was commissioned in to the US Army where he served as a dental officer in the Army Dental Corps for five years.

He completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Joint Base Lewis McCord in Washington state in 2016, where he trained to perform complex surgical and restorative dental procedures. He then was stationed at Ft. Lee in Virginia. During his time at Ft. Lee, Dr. Janiga was selected as one of the top 40 Under 40 dentists in America by Incisal Edge magazine in 2017.

Dr. Janiga is committed to dental education. He has lectured nationally about new trends and techniques in dentistry at various venues and webinars. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Hampshire Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy for Sports Dentistry. In 2019, Dr. Janigas commitment to pursing continuing education led to him receiving Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a contributor to Spear Digest, where he writes columns on clinical and practice management concepts for the prestigious Spear Educations dental website.

When he isnt practicing or attending continuing education courses, Dr. Janiga and his wife Jo-Ann, who is a professor of chemistry, enjoy traveling, biking, hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors.

Suzanne is Dr. Uras wife and Patient Satisfaction Representative. A Nashua native, Suzanne attended Middlesex Community College and earned her Associates Degree in Dental Sciences. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and continues her education regularly attending courses and seminars. She is the proud mother of three grown kids: two girls, one boy, and has two grandchildren. Suzanne is also a Notary Public; if you need something notarized, do not hesitate to ask. Outside the office, Suzanne enjoys her family, cooking, yoga, and a little golf.

Joshua, a Certified Dental Assistant, has been an integral part of the team since 2006. He enjoys developing relationships and helping patients achieve their dental goals by listening to how they feel and what is important to them. When working with Joshua you will be left with a feeling of ease and comfort. Joshua takes continuing education courses to further his assisting skills, techniques and technology. He is truly committed to the profession, the patients and the practice. Joshua lives in Bedford with his husband, Todd. He is an avid yoga practitioner. He and his husband enjoy gardening, hiking and trips up to Northern Maine.

Lucy is originally from Ukraine and is a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been a member of our team since 2007 and has been assisting in the dental field since 2002. What attracted her to the Center for Dental Excellence was the combination of high tech dentistry and a strong focus on excellent patient care. With years of experience in cosmetic dental assisting, she always takes the opportunity to further her knowledge beyond traditional dentistry. Lucy is a people person, and she loves learning about our patients. One of the things she enjoys about dentistry is how changing a patients smile can change their life. Lucys life is fulfilled with her husband, two kids, friends, outdoor activities, and reading.

Mardie is a Certified Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field since 1992. Mardie has a passion for connecting with clients and building strong relationships and helping them strengthen their dental health. She joined the Center For Dental Excellence as she enjoys challenging herself to excel in her field. Mardie lives in Amherst spending time fixing up and working in her yard. She enjoys spending time with her two boys, and her fat cat Oliver. During her non-dental time, she also works cutting hair.

Trish received her degree from Bostons prestigious Forsyth School For Dental Hygiene in 1985 and joined our practice in 2004. She is enthusiastic about dentistry which is evident through her charismatic approach with her patients. Trish also is passionate about continuing education and constantly seeking to learn for the betterment of our patients. She loves helping her patients understand why comprehensive oral care is so beneficial to their overall health. Trish lives in Pelham with her husband, two kids and two dogs. While not practicing dentistry she enjoys yoga, pilates and all Boston sports teams!

Alexandra is a graduate of the University of New England where she received her bachelors in dental hygiene. During her time in school she immersed herself in academics, and in return gained a diverse set of skills that allow her to excel as a hygienist. Alex is most passionate about being thorough, making her patients feel comfortable, informed, and satisfied with their care. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is helping patients feel confident with their smile and improving their dental health.

Alex was born and raised in southern New Hampshire. When shes not helping you achieve excellent dental health, you can find her relaxing, exercising, or spending time with her family. Her favorite job (other than being a hygienist) is being an auntie to her toddler niece, Winter.

Noorie is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. She graduated from prestigious Pueblo Community College with AAS degree in Dental hygiene. She isalso a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. She is originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. She speaks 5 different languages: English, Nepali, Newari, Hindi and Spanish (beginner). She believes in providing high quality care to her clients and helping them achieve their desired level of oral health. Noorie is a committed, highly skilled person with a charming personality which allows her to personalize treatment and enable clients to be an active participant in their treatment. She likes to keep herself updated and informed on new technologies, hygiene products, and regularly attends continuing education classes. She choose to join the Center of Dental Excellence as the core valuesof the practice matches withher personal values and loves the professionalism in the office.In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and explore new places.
