Dr. Teresa Dawahare Lyon received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky in 1989 and continued her education with a two year General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Since graduating from her residency program in 1989, Dr. Dawahare Lyon has continued to fine-tune her dental education in the areas of cosmetic dental smile design, restorative dentistry, sleep apnea, digital dentistry, as well as facial esthetic using Botox, dermal fillers, and PDO solid threads to bring all the facial and dental components together creating a more youthful smile as well as improved dental function.

Dr. Cash is one of 250 dentists worldwide accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is renowned for his artistry and skill as both a cosmetic and general dentist in Central Kentucky, where quality and personal touch have defined his extensive dental career.

Dr. Cash is an avid golfer and likes tournament competition. Reading, doing a little yard work, and working out with a personal trainer are other pastimes. He and his wife, Sally, enjoy traveling when not attending the various sporting and performing events of their five grandchildren.

Sarah is the newest member to our team and comes highly trained. She has been practicing dentistry for the last 16 years, eight years in Savannah, GA, and the last 8 years here in Lexington. She is proficient in all of our new dental technology and brings a lot to the table. In her free time she enjoys reading, playing tennis and spending as much time on the lake as possible.

Kim has been a loyal employee for over12years. She loves greeting and getting to know all of our wonderful patients. She is our go-to person for financing and ensuring your insurance paperwork is filed correctly and in a timely manner. She keeps our schedule running smooth and on-time. When shes not managing the office, she enjoys spending time with her grandson, Tate and her granddaughter, Dani, family, and friends.

Dawn has been the one and only full-time assistant at our office for the last 28 years. Her dedication to superb patient care is evident in how comfortable she makes our patients feel. She is by your side every step of the way! Dawn has been married for 27 years and has two handsome young sons. Other than her passion for Dentistry, she enjoys volunteering at various school activities, attending her sons lacrosse games, and traveling with her co-workers.
