I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville in 1986. I truly loved dentistry from the moment I entered dental school and since graduating my passion has only grown stronger. I strive each day to provide the highest quality, most advanced dental techniques available to ensure that my patients enjoy the benefit of excellent oral health. As an associate dentist at the Center for Cosmetic and General Dentistry, I strive to provide patients with beautiful and long-lasting treatments that will restore their oral health and enhance their smiles.
My love for dentistry began in college at the University of Kentucky where I obtained a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Biotechnology in 2011. From there I went on to obtain a Masters of Science degree through Purdue in 2013. I stayed in the Hoosier state and finished the Doctor of Dental Surgery program at the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2017. Learning is a passion for me and I intend to further my knowledge and skills through intensive continuing education.
At the Center for Cosmetic and General Dentistry my ambition is to create a comfortable experience for patients while providing beautiful, long-lasting dental restorations to improve oral health and enhance smiles.
As a native of Owensboro and a graduate of Owensboro Catholic High School, I am pleased to bring my knowledge and passion for dentistry back home. The desire to become a dentist began in high school, which led me to the University of Kentucky where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2010. I continued my education earning a Master of Science in Biology from Purdue University in 2013 and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2018.
I am committed to lifelong learning in order to provide our patients with the most innovative and effective procedures available. Each day I strive to provide the highest quality, most advanced dentistry in a caring manner.
Every part of our office incorporates the highest level of safety, comfort, and technology. First and foremost, the air you breathe in our office is as clean as a hospital operating room. Air purification is provided by the Surgically Clean Air system that we have installed. It is the most advanced available at filtering out particulates and killing bacteria and viruses. Also, the absolute best disinfection and sterilization equipment and techniques are also utilized to ensure your safety while in our office.
For you comfort we have large windows overlook beautiful, serene walled gardens, and our 20-foot ceilings create an open and airy atmosphere. Ceiling mounted televisions and noise-canceling headphones also provide entertainment and relaxation.

After having had to have a tooth extracted due to its being fractured, I opted to have it replaced with an implant and crown. Luckily, I was referred to Dr. David Wilson, who performed the procedure with a degree of professionalism and competency that I find outstanding. While one cannot put a price on quality of life, the efforts of Dr. Wilson and his entire office staff resulted in enhancing mine at a most reasonable cost. From the moment I first entered his establishment at 2862 Farrell Crescent in Owensboro, Ky. until my last appointment, my suspicion that I had been referred to one of the friendliest and most capable dental establishments in town was continually reinforced. Dr Wilson and his staff are simply amazing..I am having extensive dental work and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable.
