Ushma Patel, DMD, received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida. Dr. Ushma Patel is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Hinman Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the Institute for Dental Implant Awareness.
Dr. Ushma Patel attends extensive continuing education seminars, workshops, and lectures. Her accomplishments include certification with the renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), Six Month Smiles, and Oral Conscious Sedation. She has taught dental assisting at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, and a local community college. This commitment to excellence allows her to utilize the newest techniques and materials available in modern dentistry to maintain the highest quality of care for her patients. Recognized by colleagues as an expert in restorative implant dentistry, Dr. Patel lectures to various dental groups and teaches comprehensive education programs in restorative implant dentistry.
Dr. Ushma Patel delights in treating people of all ages and provides dental care for the underprivileged. As part of her commitment to the community, she has participated in various charitable events that benefit her local community. In addition, each year her and her team volunteer their time and services to families that are in need of dental care. Dr. Patel and her husband are also very active in the local Johns Creek Healthcare Association.
She has earned a reputation as a warm and caring person by getting to know her patients and their likes and dislikes. Dr. Ushma Patel feels you should be able to reach her with your dental concerns regardless of time or day. Her patients can call her on her personal cell phone number at any time if they need to. Dr. Ushma Patel knows shes doing more than just creating beautiful, healthy smiles; shes also building a trusting relationship to last a lifetime.
Dr. Ushma Patel and her husband have two wonderful boys and are officially empty nesters. In her spare time, she enjoys lecturing to dentists and sharing her knowledge on how to comprehensively take care of patients. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spendingtime with her family and friends.

Hands down the best dental experience EVER! I have been going to this office for preventative maintenance for a while now, and I never had any issues. I went in for a broken crown received at another dentist office. I was dreading the ENTIRE process as the placement of this crown by the other office left me somewhat traumatized. Ashley took me back, and I explained my issues and unpleasant experience with the previous crown placement. She listened to my concerns and asked questions. She relayed all of the information to Dr Jurgutis. They addressed all of my concerns and laid out the every step prior to starting The tooth prep, and temporary crown placement done during the first visit went VERY well. I was SO nervous and worried! They worked well together to make sure I was properly numb prior to starting and frequently asked if I was okay. I received my permanent crown yesterday, and I couldn't be happier! Ashley, thank you for such great care and excellent chair side manner! I told Dr. J that I would keep him! ;). I am so glad to know that if other dental work becomes necessary other than preventative maintenance, that I will be well taken care of!

Dr. Lemons and his staff are a well oiled machine that centers around quality care while making the patient feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Lemons takes the time to make sure you understand any procedures and is always both kind and professional. He is also darned good at what he does. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough.

Kellie has been fantastic when catering to my dental needs, specifically, always remembering to take into account my teeth sensitivity to cold temperatures. Dr Corbet is absolutely the best! A perfectionist, as she takes great pride in the quality of her work. She is really outgoing and very easy to talk to. She helped me to relax in her dentist chair and she stayed in touch throughout. This made my procedure easier than it could have been. She came highly recommended and I am very happy for the experience I had with her. Thanks Dr. Corbet!

I have bad dental anxiety and the hygienist made me feel very comfortable by talking me through it. She sanitized everything including items she didn't even touch!!!! Dr. Lemons was a very nice as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I love Dr. Patel and would highly recommend anyone to go visit her and her staff!! I have been going to Dr. Patel for 17 years and I'm 24. As a child she made me not afraid to go to the dentist and it has always been a pleasant experience with her and her staff. I've had a few cavities when I was younger and when I got them filled no pain or discomfort, but the thing that blew my mind is I didn't even know she had injected my gums with something to numb me until over 5years later. She was super gentle and I never even felt or was aware that she had given me shots. This happened on multiple occasions.
