Dr. Crescenzo and Dr. Joe regularly donate to local public/private schools and provide presentations to classes about the importance of maintaining good oral health habits for life. Dr. Donald Crescenzo opened this dental office in 1960. He passed away in February of 2008 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. There are many patients that started visiting him in 1960 and have been part of our extended family for decades. Dr. David Crescenzo certainly appreciates the loyalty shown by the many families that continue to have him as their dentist. His goal is to carry on what his father started almost fifty years ago quality dental treatment with a caring, personal touch.
Dr. Crescenzo has devoted his professional career to acquiring the advanced skills and experience patients rely on to achieve ideal oral health and happiness. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Georgetown Dental School, graduating in 1990. He then entered into private practice with his father, Dr. Donald P. Crescenzo, before taking over as the sole dentist in 1996.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Crescenzo has pursued continuing education whenever possible to keep his skills modern and up-to-date. In particular, hes taken several courses about cosmetic dentistry and dental implants through the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is currently a member of the following professional organizations:
When he isnt busy at work, Dr. Crescenzo spends lots and lots of quality time with his three children named David, Alexandra, and Colby. His proudest moments are watching his son exceed at football and his daughters enjoying field hockey, as well as other extracurricular activities. In the past, he was involved in coaching junior football for Hammonton and Little League. He also served as a member of the Hammonton Board of Education for five years.
His other personal hobbies include cooking (hes a big fan of using his Green Egg Smoker), skiing, playing golf, hunting, exercising, snowboarding, and flying! In fact, hes been a private pilot for over 20 years now.
Dr. Joe grew up on a blueberry farm, and hes always enjoyed working with his hands. Throughout school, he developed a love of science and helping other people too dentistry ended up being the perfect blend of all those qualities! Having Dr. Crescenzo for an uncle was also a hugely positive influence, and he ended up shadowing him at the dental office for several years. While he still took time off after school to work on the family farm, the dental field always pulled him back in the end. In fact, Dr. Crescenzo would regularly provide pro-bono care for the other workers on the farm, which was always a great experience!
Dr. Joe attended The College of New Jersey at first, earning his degree in Biology. He continued his education at Rutgers University, where he earned his Masters in Biomedical Science, followed by his Doctor of Medical Dentistry. During his 4th year at dental school, he also completed a clinical externship at the University Dental Center in Somerdale. While there, he focused on treating medically compromised patients. Today, he continues to pursue advanced education in cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign. He is currently a member of the following organizations:
In his free time, Dr. Joe still has a strong passion for farming, and he and his brother actually started their own organic greenhouse business a few years ago. He also regularly travels, having recently visited Ecuador and Italy. Fitness, health, and nutrition are big interests too, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.

The best dentist office I've ever been to and it's not even close! The front office is friendly, professional and respectful of my time. They treat us like we are family. All of the hygienists are wonderful. They are experienced , friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job. Finally the Dentists are top notch. Love everything about them!

Great first visit! Staff was friendly, professional and attentive, from Joleene at the front desk to Taylor the dental assistant. Dr Crescenzo was knowledgeable, precise and repaired my loose crown quickly and painlessly. Beautiful, clean office, great music and a tv on the ceiling... very comfortable and relaxing. I'm now a patient!

I cannot say enough about my experience here. From my first phone call making my appointment. I called on Thursday before Labor day and got in on following Tuesday. Dr. Joe did my front tooth bonding with no pain whatso ever. My tooth looks better now then it ever did. Thanks again Joe and your assistant. This is the only place I will go when I need dental work. I also loved the puppy assistant. Lol

Totally professional sincerely cares as does the whole staff. My teeth problems are complex and troublesome Dr Crescenzo worked with me and I am confident under his care all my mouth problems will be solved.

I recently visited Dr. David Crescenzo for a CEREC same day crown.I was so nervous about trusting a new dentist and getting a crown for the first time.Dr.Crescenzo explained the process so well.He patiently listened to all my questions and concerns.He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable.He also has a terrific sense of humor and quickly made me feel at ease. I am actually not nervous about my next appointment with him.For someone who has often suffered with dental anxiety,he really made a difference in the way I now view future dental appointments.I highly recommend Dr.Crescenzo!
