We are a specialist orthodontic practice that provides customized, comprehensive orthodontic treatment to patients of all ages, located on South Street in downtown Philadelphia. We are a forward thinking office, with the latest in clinical techniques and a warm and friendly team of professionally trained staff.
After a childhood exposed to various cultures and countries, he brought his international flair to Philadelphia, where he received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors.
After several years of practicing as a restorative dentist, his passion for continued learning and interest in orthodontics led him back to the University of Pennsylvania to do his post-doctoral training in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics. He has been dedicated to creating beautiful smiles ever since.
In starting Center City Orthodontics, his vision was to have a comprehensive, patient centered orthodontic practice in Philadelphia, with the primary objectives of clinical excellence and patient experience
During a summer internship with a New York State senator, she spent time working with constituents at a local dental clinic and it was here that she was first inspired to pursue a career in dentistry.
Dr. Finn earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania and subsequently completed her post-doctoral training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Finn sees orthodontics as unique among other dental specialties in that patients play an active role in helping to achieve their desired treatment outcomes. Whether its compliance with orthodontic elastics or keeping up diligent retainer wear, patients play an integral role in the orthodontic team.

My son recently completed his 14 month treatment at the Cherry Hill location and we are very happy with the results!. The doctors and staff are extremely courteous and professional. We were given a thorough explanation of his particular orthodontic issues and how they would be addressed. My son was very comfortable throughout his treatment. The experience could not have been better!

Every single person on staff at Center City Orthodontics, from the front desk reception (Melanie is the best!) to the doctors, are absolutely amazing. I had been wanting to do Invisalign for a long time and I couldn't ask for a more genuinely caring, compassionate, skilled and professional team. Dr. Thomas, Dr. Stephanie, and Emily took such amazing care of me and my teeth. I actually looked forward to coming in and seeing everyone...fully trusting I was in the best hands. I have super sensitive teeth and they made the experience so easy and gentle for me. And now, I am obsessed with my new smile. In the best of ways. I think I'm going to be legitimately sad when I no longer need to come in for check ups. That's how awesome every single person on staff at this practice is. I cannot recommend it enough.

I can't thank Dr.Thomas and the entire CCO Team enough for completely transforming my smile & giving me a true confidence booster! My experience was smooth and fun! The process was longer than I expected and that's only because they were committed to making sure my smile looked the best it could! World class customer service! I've NEVER had a bad experience, everyone has always been very pleasant to interact with. And the offices/locations.. very clean, chic & modern! Both offices, Center City & Cherry Hill. Would recommend Center City Ortho to anyone wanting the BEST care for their teeth. I was seen at both the Center City and Cherry Hill locations for availability and did not mind driving to either place to see them. This was my second orthodontist for my Invisalign (after moving away from where my first provider was located) and compared to my first experience they are absolutely incredible. Both Dr. Finn and Dr. Thomas are exceptional providers, and the techs are equally as efficient and competent. I found out that my first provider was not using techniques that Center City Ortho was doing to get the results I was looking for (i.e. IPR between one of my stubborn teeth, moving attachments between sets to give you a break from them). Although they didn't start my Invisalign process, they finished it successfully and to the way I wanted my teeth to look. Toward the end of my process and after my final appointment, I realized I had one tooth that was still bothering me. One of the front desk clerks, Melanie, quickly consulted the doctors and made me another appointment to have it fixed. TLDR: Amazing staff and providers. Do not go anywhere else

Center City Orthodontics was hands down one of the best experiences ever. They literally changed my life! From the moment you walk in you feel like you are genuinely cared about. The vibes are amazing. The people are beyond friendly and so helpful. The actual orthodontic work is top of the line. They have the best technology, most advanced practices, and it is clean!!! I was so impressed with every aspect of this place. I had braces leading up to double jaw surgery and just finished! The entire process they made me feel safe and taken care of. Plus now I have an amazing smile and in my opinion, I am way better looking! Dr. Thomas is the coolest and really goes above and beyond! Highly recommend for anyone looking to smile with confidence!
