I called at 9am to get a same day appointment, they took me that day and were able to take care of the extractions I needed, they made me feel so comfortable and everything was painless!! I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. The doctor was friendly and fast. To be honest, everyone I came in contact with was kind. I was seen as a walk in but went right back as soon as my paperwork was complete. My only request is that you give the girl behind the front desk a stool at least so she can sit when patients are not checking in. I work in a doctors office and can't imagine standing on my feet for 8 hours a day.

BILLING FRAUD SCAM!!! Summary: After paying your bill in full, you may receive a fraudulent bill 4-7 years later with a mysterious new balance. Do not pay it, do not speak to any collections agents. Contact an attorney and know your rights. I went here one time, well over 4 years ago because I had a painful issue and my regular dentist couldn't see me immediately. They "fixed my issue," billed my insurance, and I paid my co-pay. I immediately had new issues with the tooth they worked on upon completion of their shoddy work. When I saw my regular dentist, he said they did a horrible job and he needed to completely redo it. The kicker is, 4-7 years later, they have the gall to send me a bill!! After this was paid in full 4-7 years ago. I am lucky I know the statue of limitations has long passed (4 years for most debts in PA). They sent me a completely bogus statement, backdating different "attempts" to contact me (I have received NOTHING from them in 4-7 years) and adding new charges out of thin air. They claim it will be sent to collections within 10 days if I dont pay. I will be reporting this fraud to the appropriate regulatory agencies. If you receive a bogus statement, do not pay!! If you are contacted by a collections agency, do not speak to them (they may trick you into inadvertently nullifying the statue of limitations, which is why I gave a range of years ago that this occurred and no identifying information in this review). Contact an attorney. Stay away from this fraudulent business.

TLDR: Friendly staff but long wait time and quick fixes for problems that cause problems down the road. I've been to CCED three times: once to get a filling, and twice after that for cleanings. The staff has always been friendly, but the first time I went, there was computer trouble that didn't allow them to check me in for my appointment even though they could see my appointment in the computer. I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen. Another time I went, the dentist was AWOL and I ended up talking with the hygienist (who was wonderful) for half an hour after she cleaned my teeth while we waited for him. But the reason I'm giving one star is that my filling broke and fell out in less than a year. I went to a new dentist, and he said the decay from the cavity hadn't been completely cleared out before CCED put the filling in. So my tooth continued to decay under the filling and into my gums and I now have to get a crown. Will never be going back to CCED.

Excellent service from the downstairs Lobby all the way up to CCED front desk to the back of the office. Kind Doctors & staff I was in excruciating pain for days, I found CCED on Google. They got me in the same day I will definitely be going back & Referring family and friends! Thank you ALL

Karin is awesome is so is the staff! I've been going here for a few and gotta say, very very happy. While it is listed as an "emergency dentist" they also do more than just surgery. Been getting my teeth cleaned with no issues and they answer any questions you have.

I had a wonderful experience at CCED. My tooth cracked and my regular dentist wouldn't be able to see me for a week. I called here and could have had an appointment that very evening but I decided to come the next afternoon. I prefilled all my paperwork online and was in a room in about 10 minutes from checking in. They took my dental insurance so it was comparable in price to my regular dentist. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dentist were wonderful. I was in and out in about an hour. Would definitely come here again!

Dental care itself was great as well as the office . Follow up care could be better as the receptionist does not return calls or answer questions regarding meds, etc.

Soo far it's a 5 start place. The atmosphere is something I've never witness before everyone very nice I felt nothing during my procedure. Of course I feel it an hour later but even now it's alright. Waiting to get my pain meds from walgreen looking forward to sleeping with no pain thanks to the doctors and assistants. Go Aquarius.

Upon setting my appointment I was told that I'd be contacted about my insurance coverage and nobody did. After my initial wait of over an hour they explained my deductible would be $900 + due at the time of service. Upon leaving they wanted to charge me 135.00 for the same X-ray I had done 4 days earlier. I spent over 2 hours there with very poor communication. The VA Hospital recommended me. I'll be sure to let them know about my experience. Who agrees to a service without being given any sort of price range?

I was in horrific pain today and needed to be seen ASAP and they were able to accommodate me in cced . From the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentist it was all first class service . The front desk lady was so sweet and attentive I was in so much pain I don't recall her name . The dental assistant who helped the doctor with my extraction who set up the instrumentals made a joke and that made me laugh and relax . The dentist was very nice and straight forward he was quick and through the anesthesia and his work ethic everything was over before I knew it . Thank you so much cced .I will be returning .

I had pain and already saw a general dentist who refered me to an endodontist. So I got an appointment with a endodontist at this center. I went in and they got X-rays. Another general dentist came and visited me and when I asked him that I had an appointment with the endodontist he told me that he is not in today. Waisted my time there and they didn't even tell me that the doctor is not coming today to cancel my appointment! They charged my insurance for the visit.
