Dr. Kerry Baumgartner is a native of Olivia. She obtained her Bachelor of Artsat the University of St. Thomas and Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Baumgartner practiced general dentistry in Olivia for eight years before joining the Edina office of Centennial Lakes in 1995.
Dr. Chad Brettingen grew up in Mora. He received his Bachelor of Science and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Brettingen joined Centennial Lakes Dental Group in 2005 and practices in our Edina office. He has a particular interest in laser and computer dentistry, and makes patient comfort and convenience histop priorities.
Dr. Adam Shand was raised in Burnsville. He received his Bachelor of Sciencefrom the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota.Before joining Centennial Lakes Dental Group in 2011, Dr. Shand practiced dentistry in Minneapolis and Lonsdale.
Dr.Shand enjoys performingpatient-driven dental care that is thoughtful and meticulous.He strives to provide a personal and unique experience while helping you achieve your optimal dental health for a lifetime.

Fast service with flexible scheduling. They were able to fill a cavity on the same day after my cleaning. Friendly and professional. My teeth are important so I'll select the best dental group. I've been going to Centennial Lakes Dental for more than 20 years. I wouldn't trust anywhere else. I have a serious phobia of the dentist. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. They've always taken great care of me and the staff is absolutely the best!!

I am very pleased with what was done at my appointment on October 14. It was a 2.5 hour appointment. The dentist explained what was going to be done. Everything was done very well and i have had no problems.

Always a great check up with the kind, professional staff at Centennial Lakes Dentistry . Was great to see Shawn today. Dr Baumgartner and Jennifer make you aware of what they are doing, and updates on your teeth, weather positive or negative, you are an informed patient, i like that. Keep up the great work, and blessings to you all in 2020. Looks as thou I must add onto my prior review. Today March 31 2022, I was so blessed to get into seeing DDS Baumgartner and Jennifer, thank you Brenda you truly are an Angel, you made it happen. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile, they are so fortunate to have you Brenda as their front desk staff. My check up was wonderful and looks as if I am doing well, i so appreciate DDS Baumgartner and all her explanations as to my ongoing progress with a healthy mouth over the years, she has been my dentist and I will truly miss DDS Baumgartner and wish her only the best in her retirement. Today Oct 26th 2022, another great experience with Jade, she is kind, gentle, professional, & explains whatever she is about to do. She is a wonderful hygienist, and a true plus to the CL family. I met the new dentist who is taking over DDS Baumgartner's patients, and really find her a great fit for myself. I look forward to seeing both of you in the near future.

I have been seeing the same dental hygienist and today another new one, and the same dentist. This must mean some thing. Starting from the receptionist, office staff and the care givers, have been excellent and very accommodating,and very easy to work with. This last visit yesterday Oct 25th 2022, they were able to get in my wife into a cleaning appointment on very short notice, as we had to go back home the same afternoon. Even after we have moved out of MN, we keep coming here for all our elective dental care. Keep it up guys and gals

As a new patient, they were wonderful to work with! Dr. Djerf was so positive and she was very thorough! Her assistant Qali, was efficient and professional but most of all they were both super nice to me and happy! I was very impressed by all the staff I had contact with! Five stars! ***** P.S. I recently had a crown put on and a filling replaced, Dr. Djerf and her other assistant Aling were top notch! Made me feel at ease and we're so attentive! Both procedures went flawlessly! Highly recommend!!

I had a traumatic fall where I fractured six teeth, lost a tooth and some more issues. Had to switch dental care in the middle of my healing journey. I was super scared doing this switch but I was left with no choice. CLDG made me feel so comfortable and safe! Big shoutout to Ceyanne (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she is so sweet and caring! Dr. Johnson was great! I am so happy with my switch and cannot wait to bring my kids over too!

I have been a patient at Centennial Lakes for two years now. I have found them to be both caring and efficient and sound in their practice. The dental hygienists have been responsive to my questions and needs. The dentists have been thorough and provide excellent consultation.
