Dr. Joshua L. Whetten completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Creighton University and completed his general residency at the Peninsula Hospital in Queens, New York. He then completed a Masters in orthodontics (MSc) from the University of Alberta.
With thousands of smiles created, Dr. Whetten has experience treating a variety of cases ranging from routine to multidisciplinary and highly complex. Dr. Whetten believes that staying up to date on the latest technology is a necessary channel to practicing orthodontics effectively.
Dr. Whetten grew up in Las Vegas and enjoys staying connected to his community through involvement in school oral health programs,youth sports, and his church. Dr. Whetten also enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, attending sports, and making fresh pasta dishes. His favorite teams include the Golden Knights, Utes, Cornhuskers, Crimson Tide, and St. Louis Cardinals.
