Absolute worst dentist office ever. Office staff is completely rude and you have to beg for antibiotics and pain medicine while they push back your appointment 1 week then 2 weeks after that. Don't give you a call you have to continue to call them to get any information do not give any money to this company

I took my 7-year-old son to Dr. Nguyen 3 times in 18 months. During the first two visits he checked his mouth yet did not clean his teeth and alluded that his teeth were ok because he still had baby teeth. On the 3rd visit, he tells us that my son had a cavity on an adult molar, and referred us to a pediatric dentist. Unfortunately this led to more appointments with other dentists and an extraction. He could have referred us to a pediatric dentist on the first visit! Words cannot express my disappointment.

The dentist is so great! The hygienists I have seen have been super nice but also thorough and gentle. I cannot recommend them enough

If you're looking for a dentist who puts his patients before insurance billing, this dentist ISN'T the dentist to see! His staff called me a couple of days before my dental appointment to verify my insurance. Told me I was covered, but I had to pay up front and then ask to be reimbursed by my insurance. Not so ... I had insurance rep call the billing office to verify my insurance. I'm 100 percent covered. The staff called me back to apologize and said yes, come on in. Today, I go to my appointment, and guess what, while the staff is great, this dentist again questions my insurance -- which by the way is Humana. Really?? I'm already sitting in his dental chair and he won't continue on until he is sure insurance is gonna pay. Yeah, way to go in putting patients before profit. Shows how much he really cares about people. Btw, I have 100 percent dental coverage with no deductible up to $3K each year. Yeah, Dr. Nguyen puts profit before patients.

I've been coming here for a few years now, and I'm so happy with this place. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and professional. And Dr Nguyen is so nice and always so informative. It's nice to go to a dentist and feel like they actually care. Can't say enough good things about this office. They are all wonderful.

Unfortunately, this review is only for the office staff, as I never actually made it to see the dentist. I made my appointment over the phone and put it on my calendar. I realized that I never got a call from them to confirm my appointment, so I called 2 hours prior to my appointment time to confirm it myself and left them a message with my name, telephone number, and time of my appointment. Nobody called me back, but I went anyways, being that I knew I made the appointment weeks before. I arrive and am told my appointment was taken off the schedule and was told someone was supposed to have called me to tell me they didn't accept my insurance. Obviously, nobody called me or else I wouldn't have been there! Also, I told them I left them a message 2 hrs before my appointment time and no one returned my call. They had plenty of opportunities to cancel or not even make my appointment in the first place if they didn't take my insurance, which I gave them when I made the appointment in the first place! Very unprofessional and totally wasted my time!

The staff is absolutely incredible! The 1st dentist I tried after moving here was Miracle Dental on N. Durango, what a scam place. Tried to tell me I needed deep cleaning on my gums. I knew this was a lie as my old dentist told me my gums were great. When I went to see Dr. Nguyen he took his time to get to know me and told me everything was good. When I asked about needing a deep cleaning on my gums he gave me this look like I was crazy. I explained what happened at the other place and he shook his head. My family all love this office.

Dr Nguyen and staff is great to work with. They are extremely professional, down to earth and caring. Dr Nguyen is easy to talk to and he takes his time to get to know his patients. Maria and John are very easy to work with.

My husband went to Dr. Nguyen because he had 3 teeth that were bothering him, 4 months later and over $3000.00 in charges he has 2 less teeth, lost 25 lbs from not eating and still has the same 3 teeth bothering him. This has been a terrible experience I would not wish on anyone. He now has to find a new dentist and start over. The partial Dr. Nguyen made was not what he showed us, it was a large piece of metal that could not be worn. The Dr. told him he would not be able to taste food but he would get use to it. Sending all files to the dental board for review.

Dr. Nguyen has been our family and extended families Dentist for a little over 10 years. Also, he takes care of my two young children, has been since they were 2yrs old (they are now 3 and 6). He is AMAZING and so is his entire staff !! He is very patient, compassionate and caring to all our concerns. I NEVER feel rushed, he always spends as much time needed. He is on top of the latest dental breakthroughs. I highly recommend him. We will go to him for as long as he practices.
