Dr. Cella practices all branches of dentistry including Invisalign orthodontics. His particular interest however, is in the field of dental implantology. He has dedicated countless hours of study and practical application to bone augmentation, implant placement, temporization and restoration of dental implants. He is a member of the American Dental Implant Association as well as the prestigious International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

The most nicest and patient dentist and dental assistant I have ever met! I have severe anxiety and they were so calm and helpful! They did a great job taking care of me and my broken tooth!

I went to Dr. Cella years ago for a second opinion and never left. As others have stated, he is kind, patient and caring with a staff that is the same way. When I had a serious problem a few years back, I was able to contact him at home. The following morning, a Sunday, he called and asked if I could meet him at the office. My husband drove me over and I left that day with my problem over and Dr. Cella saying he was glad we could get it done because he would not have had that time on a weekday. That's true caring and kindness. After the dentist my husband and son went to retired, they both went to one dentist and after a few visits opted to try Dr. Cella and are happy they made that decision. I do not hesitate to recommend him.

I had braces on when I was younger and now I have TMJ and chronic migraines. He is the nicest dentist I have ever had. He has patience and is very gentle, even with the needle of novocaine (I hate needles!) All the staff are polite. Best Dentist I have ever had.

Dr. Cella and staff have delivered the very best care to my family for years. I remember very well his gentle voice asking us kids to "open wide"! And the wonderful toy chest they had to reward well behaved children was a prime motivator for my siblings and I. Now as an adult I live hours away, but I have left with fond memories of "Dr. Cella's office".

I have been going to Dr. Cella for 20+ years now and I have only good things to say about him and his staff. There is no one better in my opinion and I would never even think about going to anyone else. I highly recommend him to all who live in the area.

Hard to communicate with especially if there is problem work to be done. His fillings did hold up and his staff was friendly. That's the only reason I gave second star .

Dr. Cella...where past dentists said all my teeth should be extracted you saved them...when past extractions were very painful your extraction was not...where past extractions bled badly your extraction did not bleed at all. Steven I am so happy you are my dentist. You are a true professional. Thank you for the great work you are doing for me. I highly recommend you to any and all persons that I make contact with each and every day.
