Taral T. Mehta, DMD, has over ten years of experience as a dentist. After graduating with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology from Villanova University in Villanova, PA, and a Certificate in BioMedical Sciences from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA; Dr. Mehta obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Kornberg School of Dentistry Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Upon graduation in 2002, Dr. Mehta received comprehensive multidisciplinary training to provide the best quality of dental care to all patients. In late 2004, Dr. Mehta began practicing in Flourtown, PA implementing his knowledge and modernizing the office to its current state today.
Dr. Mehta has pursued further continuing education in the fields of endodontics, oral surgery, diagnostic, restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Pennsylvania Dental Association, Montgomery Bucks Dental Society, and Delaware State Dental Society. Dr. Mehtas office offers a wide scope of services, veneers, invisalign, the latest in tooth colored restorations, crown and bridge works, root canals, oral surgery, and emergency dental care. The office prides itself in its preventive approach to dental care. Dr. Mehta promises to provide each patient with an honest dental health assessment without the pressure for unnecessary procedures. With his training background, Dr. Mehta believes in educating patients about their dental health so they can make an informed decision about their dental health care. Dr. Mehta treats each patient with a gentle caring approach and always puts patients first and with their best interests in mind.
Dr. Richard Titlebaum DMD is our endodontist specialist. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh. He received a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College. Dr. Titlebaum received his D.M.D. from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Titlebaum then serves as an Endodontic Resident in the I.B. Bender Division of Endodontics at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He received a certificate of Endodontics and returned a year later as Clinical Attending Staff at Einstein, where he continues to teach to this day. Dr. Titlebaum has had the additional responsibility of training the residents in their first introduction to Nickel Titanium rotary instruments.
Dr. Titlebaum has guided and participated in numerous research projects at both Harvard and Einstein. Some of the projects have looked at radiograph angulation, apical extrusion, and the effectiveness of MTAD.
Dr. Titlebaum and his wife Joanne have traveled extensively through Central America and South America, visiting many Mayan ruins and the Galapagos Islands. He is an avid squash player and enjoys hiking and gardening. Rick and Joanne live in Merion Station with their daughters Jessica and Sophie and their son Max.

When I first visited Celebrity Smiles it felt very welcoming. However, this last visit has me thinking about finding another dentist. My hygienist is the sweetest. But the doctor came in for the final exam, he never even acknowledged me except to look in my mouth and that was it. Not a good afternoon or hi or how are you doing. That's just so unprofessional.

All of the staff were pleasant and happy which is a good sign. Everyone was very clear and communicative. My visit did take close to 90 minutes which I was not expecting based on past experiences at other offices. However, the visit was very thorough and a first time patient so there was more to be done than a follow up visit would entail. Also, the staff didn't rush and stayed past closing to ensure I was taken care of properly.

Real good.people. very responsive. Kayleigh did an amazing job on my deep cleaning and Ozza was absolutely first rate. Dr. Sopensky exhibits good confidence and skill. I enjoy my experience with this practice and my case presents challenges.

Today was my first visit with Celebrity Smiles. The staff was genuinely nice and comforting. Dr. Mehta. Christine, and Kailey were professional and knowledgeable about my needs. The young woman who was apart of scheduling was friendly and helped me with billing along with the other staffer in the room. I cannot forget the front desk person who was kind and warm as she welcomed my son and I to the office. My first experience was perfect. May the following visits be the same. Cheryl F.

I was greeted at the front desk with a very happy, smiling young lady. It's such a pleasure to be greeted with a smile! I love my hygienist - she knows I'm not a fan of dental care and takes her time with me making me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Celebrity Smiles!

All I can say is WOW! This dental office is AMAZING! The great service started at their website...there is a live chat and they took all my information. Even before the office opened I was contacted to setup an appointment for the same day! I was impressed even before I arrived. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped in the door. The front desk staff gave me all forms to complete on an ipad (I love the fact they are paperless). I was called immediately for my appt and my dental hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable and very gentle while cleaning my teeth. The dentist made me feel comfortable as well and was very nice. This is my NEW DENTAL OFFICE and cant wait to bring the rest of family here. Thank you all for a great experience!

As soon as you walk in you are welcomed with a smile. The office is clean, spacious, friendly and filled with familiar faces. I have been going to Celebrity for the past 21 years. My children have always gone, they are 7 and 10. They love everyone in the office. Everyone knows our family
