Translation, we misdiagnosed your condition, gave you bad advice which caused major deterioration of your teeth, so to stop any further guilt and possible legal ramifications for us. We're no longer going to see or contact you. Here are some low res, printed x-rays you paid for, hope your next dentist can fix our mistake.

Turned away by a very nasty and unfriendly front desk lady and been told to ,,call new patient telephone number". Took my business elsewhere.

The staff here isn't anything to write home about, in fact I had a bad experience with the woman who took my x-rays, who kept stabbing the top of my mouth with the card thing. That being said, Dr. Nordmann and my hygienist Marlene are worth continuing my visits to Celebration Dental, even though I have moved out of Celebration. They are the best!

Rather than repair my root canal tooth with a crown on it that cracked he told me I had to have it pulled. I wish I wouldn't have listened to him. It was only 3 years old but done in another state. They said I could go back and have it repaired. I guess he didn't know how to fix it himself. My loss

I switched from Lake Nona Smiles to Celebration Dental because I moved to Celebration. That was a big mistake; don't chose these guys because of proximity. The reception people are rude and incompetent. Wait times are very long and they don't care. Cleaning was fine, but if you have any real work to do, go somewhere else.

No transparency with patients. I also felt like they were trying to sell to me the entire time, and I got the impression that they would do unneccessary procedures if that meant getting more money.

Dr. Watson is incredible his attitude and demeanor is wonderful he is a great doctor to be serviced by. But unfortunately his front desk reception staff needs to be reevaluated on how they speak to clients and Address them I made an appointment a month in advance I was calling to te Address them I made an appointment a month in advance I was called to informed me that the doctor decided to take off for the holiday not so much of a problem but when I asked about scheduling it on another holiday weekend I received a lot of negative feedback in the young lady that spoke with me was really nasty about the way she decided to explain the situation. Then when I asked to use the other doctor at the office she got an attitude and told me she will transfer me to that receptionist for that doctor and then that young lady told me that I would need to do another evaluation which I didn't understand so she began to get an attitude with me so I said that I would no longer be using this office and that I will transfer over to their kissimmee office wasnt any better so I'm fortunately they have amazing doctors in service but because of the reception staff I will now take my business elsewhere and go to someone who respects their clients and their time and is compassionate it would've been a different outcome if they would've treated me with respect and just heard me out and gave me other options versus acting like I'm inconveniencing them

Here is a copy of the letter that I sent to the Office Manager and of course he did not respond: Dear Luis: This letter is to complain about service I recently received from a Celebration Dental Group from Yali Gago. Ms. Gago was exceptionally rude and discourteous from the first moment that I arrived. Ms. Gago had a very unprofessional tone and ordered me around as if I were her five year old child. I was so disgusted by her abhorrent behavior. After suffering from her disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, I requested to be serviced by another employee. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated. I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. On another note, I would like to commend Neddy, she is very professional and helpful. My family and me are new to the area and intended to do business with your company, but after my experience, we will no longer be seeking the services of your practice. You have lost many thousands of dollars in future business from my family due to an unprofessional employee and a lack of empathy from your dentists. I will post a review about my experience with your company and will also inform my family and friends.
