Dr. Mark Paciorek has been practicing orthodontics for over 20 years! He received his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist prior to and during dental training. He attended the University of Buffalo Dental School for both his dental degree and specialty training in orthodontics at the masters level, graduating at the top of his class.
In his pursuit of continued excellence, Dr. Paciorek has attend numerous continuing education programs throughout the years to maintain and deliver the highest quality of care, and, because of his relentless pursuit of excellence, he is a frequent lecturer, sharing his orthodontic expertise at dental society meetings and dental study clubs throughout North America.
He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Northeast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Fifth District Dental Society, Onondaga County Dental Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, and co-chair of the Upstate New York Dentofacial Abnormalities Group.
I grew up in the Syracuse area, and nothing gives me more pleasure than being able to provide my hometown community with excellent orthodontic care. The people I treat arent just patients; they are also my family, friends, and neighbors. I strive to give each patient I see friendly, personalized attention and develop meaningful relationships with them during and after their treatment.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with mydaughter, Melanie. You can find me skiing or snowmobiling in the winter and boating or golfing during the summer months. I also enjoy reading to the first and second grade classes in the elementary schools each year.

Good staff and amazing people so nice but when u got my teeth pulled my brackets came off so they said to clip it with nail clippers and it didn't work so now my wire is poking into my just pulled tooth gums

Great visit! Very organized. Staff made my daughter feel very comfortable about getting braces. They answered all her questions! The tiny things such as the water bottle with supplies, shirt and program points card enhanced her experience. It made her older brother jealous. Lol! Thanks! Looking forward to this 1.5-2 yr journey with my daughter and this office to getting her her beautiful smile!

As a local Dentist's daughter, I "enjoyed" having braces at a young age. Over the past few years, nearing 40, I wasnt happy with how my teeth had shifted, and went for an Invisalign consult with Dr. Fowler and his staff. Dez, office manager, was a trip right from the start, not making me feel the least bit out of place with the juice box sipping youngsters in the waiting room. Long story short, a mishap occurred with my insurance coverage, causing me to be on the bill for almost 3 times as much as I'd originally budgeted. Dez & Dr. Fowler came through for me in a huge way, generously compensating for the hit I would have taken with my lackluster insurance. They went above and beyond anything I had imagined. I was speechless. Thank you Dez, Dr. Fowler, and the staff at Orthodontic Group of the Fingerlakes for being a local business that the community can be proud of and for treating your clients like real people!!

I have been going to this orthodontist office for 4+ years. They have been so amazing. They were gentle with the process of the braces and making sure my teeth were perfect. They are a very home like office. They make sure the patients are taken care of and also make sure their staff is we taken care of. They are very friendly. I just recently went back to them for new retainers and though i had not been there is more than a year or two they still helped me out and they remembered who i was and our conversations continued as though i had never stopped going. I would really recommend this orthodontist office to whom ever is looking for one. They are very amazing people and it is an amazing and friendly office.
