I have a major fear of dentists, even had a little melt down at the office. The team there, is the nicest dental office I have ever been to. They were completely supportive, and just kind in general, and made me feel comfortable. Won't go anywhere else now

She did a good job pulling the tooth out but the way she numbed it in my cheek now my jaw hurts to were I can't hardly talk without it hurting I can't drink nothing without it hurting.

My insurance pays for teeth cleaning, X-rays and fillings. The young male dentist..tall,thin,dark hair Clark Kent type did my x-rays and told me what may occur in the future however there was nothing immediate that I had to do that day, for now I have beautiful teeth none are rotten nothing's wrong. I told him I was disabled and I didn't have any money right now I was going to have to do those other things in installments but at some other time. That's when he gave me a story about some lady that also had beautiful teeth and she lost her teeth as if I was to pull some money out of thin air so I won't become like her.. I don't appreciate those kind of scare tactics, speak to me in what relates to me only and I just explained to you my situation. I asked for my teeth cleaning and he refused. He told me it will be a waste of time because of the other things I had going on with my teeth that are years off mind you.That's what my insurance pays for if I want my teeth cleaned and they all brown, that would be my right but again, I have no rotten or loose teeth. I guess because I told him I couldn't afford to get work more pricey work done (THAT WASN'T URGENT) and he had already quoted me about 4,000 he just decided to refuse my teeth cleaning. Now I have to go somewhere else and get my teeth cleaned it was a waste of my day I wasn't feeling good already but I didn't want to miss a Dental appointment since they're so hard to come by. I do not recommend this place and it looks more like a Dental School than a Dental office. Also, I had to take my mask off of course to get the Ex Rays and for him to just look into my mouth and when he started talking to me he took his mask down I'm immune suppressant, we wear masks for a reason didn't think that was professional either.

I came to the Vivion location today with both of my kiddos for their first dentist appointment and I just wanted to say that the staff was BEYOND AMAZING HERE! Every last one of them! SO CARING, SO KIND, SO PROFESSIONAL!!! They did everything they absolutely could to make both of my kiddos and myself comfortable during our visit. From the time I scheduled their appointments all the way to appointment day. FIVE STARS! I seriously cant give this team enough credit for how amazing our experience here was! Thank you so much!

Walked in to make an appointment unfortunately , they did not take HMO but customer service was very professional and kind!!!!! Don't remember her name but she was in the front desk , I believe her name was Cynthia or Cindy. Blonde hair very professional!!!

4 stars for The Dr he was amazingly awesome. "0" star for the customer service front desk, lacking in knowledge she has no idea what she is doing, I had to cancel my follow up appointment because of her.

I went there today for cleaning but instead they took my blood pressure and polished my teeth in 5 minutes. They told me I was good to go and come back after 6 more months.
