If I could give them something higher than a 5 star rating, I would! The care and compassion of the staff is top notch! This is the first time I have been to a dentist that actually gave me affordable options. Not once did they make me feel embarrassed about the work that needs done and they walked me through everything, step by step.I could go on and on. The bottom line, I will never go to another dentist. I would suggest everyone to give them a try

I loved this place I've been bringing my two young kids here for about 2 years now and never had any issues until today. Because of what happened today I already switched to a different dentist because of dr. Roy. He was rude and had no patience for my 6 year old son to get a filling done. The other dentists have all quit probably because of him and how rude he is. Severely disappointed I will miss the hygienist for sure.

They have been great for my family of all ages. We have been patients for many years. If you need to get referred out for orthodontist work though I do not recommend Comfort Dental. I'm not sure who is a good orthodontist in Crestview. Dr. Sutton at Emerald Coast Dentistry in FWB was amazing w my son when he needed special work done.

Great dentist! My 15 year old daughter is terrified of dental work. She had to have root canal. She was given something to calm her down but she was scared to tears. They allowed me to be in the room to hold her hand. They were so calm and patient with her.

Wish i could say nice things but sadly i can't. Dr Roy yell's and belittles his employees in front of his patients. He thinks he is the only one who knows what is wrong and if you offer a different opinion he tries to make you look stupid. He needs to retire or something cause at his age he just doesn't have it anymore. The practice itself is in need of a update, and you would think they have a cat farm out side with all the stray cats and cat food boxes I've seen stacked in the hallway. The one nice thing i'd say is the staff is very kind and hospitable. Sadly they seem to fire everyone or they leave because they seem to have new people working every time I come in. Definitely pass on this office unless it goes under new management for your dental needs. pathetic

This place and their staff has been amazing! They've taken excellent care of my family. They've assisted my wife through some difficult dental decisions, without threatening her into having to have enough work to take out a second mortgage. My son can be very nervous, but they instantly made him feel can and relaxed, and he has no issues going to the dentist now. They're very careful to keep hm comfortable during my teeth cleanings. I really appreciate their service, and they'll be our dental office for a long time!

I've had great experiences in the past and the front office staff has always been friendly! My son was scared (he's 5) but has been seen there before, they see my whole family. He had a sore tooth and wasnt exactly cooperating with the dentist; however he wasn't hysterical or biting. After 3 minutes in the room she took off her mask and told me I would have to bring him somewhere else. I am SO disappointed. I feel like very little effort was made to calm him or make him feel better and when claiming your a pediatric dentist I would expect SOME effort. Additionally her quick dismissal made me feel as if our patronage and our loyalty wasn't appreciated! I won't be supporting their business any longer.

My cleaning was thorough and painless. I was in and out relatively quickly being it was my first visit there. Also the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I will be coming back to Cedar Pearl Dentistry for any further dental needs.

I went to Cedar Pearl to repair a tooth, the filling came out. They were very nice and they do good work. They charged me $471.00 to fill one tooth, I couldn't believe it. I told them I didn't have dental insurance and that I live off of my Social security check, could they please give me a better price. No was their answer. The following week my brother in law had the same problem with his tooth and he went to a different dentist, his cost was $175.00. Please beware of Cedar Pearl Dentistry in Crestview. I was basically robbed. This happened about 2 months ago.

I had the BEST experience EVER at Cedar Pearl Dentistry. I had to get a tooth extracted and my Dentist did such a great job. He was so informative about everything and went over all the options I had in the moment and in the future. His staff is amazing so professional and willing to help. They also got me in as soon as possible no long waiting list like other dentist office. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Cedar Pearl Dentistry!
