I had a great experience with Cedar Valley Oral Surgery from my initial consult through removing 5 teeth under sedation. (Getting partials) The staff was caring, professional and made the experience not stressful! Sedation and surgery was quick and painless. I'll be referring friends and family here.

Just got two fairly tricky extractions done today. Everyone here from the assistants to my surgeon Dr. Syme was of elite tier skill. I had a nightmare situation last month with a dental school that left me terrified of getting this procedure done but the whole team did such a fantastic job it completely restored my faith in the profession. There won't even be a hesitation in my thought process of where to go if and when I need more work done.

I came here to get my wisdom teeth pulled (6 of them) by Dr.Syme and I was very anxious I was putting it off for years but the team here made me feel so comfortable. I chose to be awake during the procedure with the help of local anesthetics & it was painless!! Also the healing was honestly not that painful either just listen to the directions and you'll be good! 10/10 Recommend coming here with Dr.Syme!

Nice clean place. Dr. Borgwardt is awesome. This dude knows his way around a mouth. as well as his amazing staff they are very friendly and and answered all the questions I had. In my opinion they are best.

Reviews baffle me sometimes. Like a lot of people now days, I read reviews usually before doing business with a company. Of course, having a root from a broken tooth removed doesn't always give one a lot of choices aside from using Vise-Grips in the garage. Anyway, like sometimes getting a bad meal in a great restaurant, I am sure that someone, now and then, has a bad experience with their oral surgeon, but, after all, what they do at this practice is not what anyone stands in line to have done. My own experience was very positive. All of the staff were courteous and sensitive, and Dr. Borgwardt fully explained what was going to be done and what I might expect afterwards. The surgery of removing the root and placing the the base for the implant was done quickly, painlessly, and in the most professional manner.

Not happy that my daughter is getting her wisdom teeth removed and she's super nervous. They are making me sit in my car for 45 minutes!! What the heck!! I have a mask, I've been vaccinated! Have to leave my car running because it's cold and windy out. Not impressed!

Had to have a wisdom tooth out. -10/10 wild not recommend having to have that happen. That said, both the dentist and assistant were VERY polite and helped me with a bad gag reflex and made me laugh to help calm me down. Don't recommend needed wisdom teeth out, but if you do, go here!

One of the best experiences I had so far this was my first time going to this dentist office and I really liked it because they are very professional and they treated me with great kindness. I'm definitely coming back if I ever need to.

Great place to get a not great procedure done- staff makes you feel comfortable and Dr Syme is the best! Implant was expensive but worth every penny- little pain and healed up perfect. Also pulled my son's wisdom teeth and everything went smoothly for that as well.

My daughter is 5 hours away for school and had an infection from her wisdom tooth extraction (not done here BTW). The team got her in and helped her quickly and got her back on her feet. I am incredibly grateful to the staff for all they did. They made her feel at ease and took amazing care of her. A++++ in my books. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Greatest dental experience I've had yet! From the time of my consultation to the moment I left from my procedure I felt cared about, listened to, and safe. I have horrible dental anxiety and have had my fair share of bad experiences with dental procedures but Dr. Syme listened, was honest and gentle and was very caring in his approach. All of the staff there was great to me. I was able to schedule quickly and now I'm so much less pain I could cry happy tears. Honestly, I can't recommend this practice and Dr. Syme enough.
