Dr. Yossi was born and raised in Monticello, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1978 and has been practicing in Cedar Rapids since 1980. He has been extensively trained in general dentistry and is a member of the following organizations:

Dr. Watson was born and raised in Iowa, growing up in Charles City. She received her Bachelor of Science degree graduating cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa, while playing womens basketball for the Panthers. From there, she attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated as a licensed dentist in 2013. As a general dentist, Dr. Watson enjoys many areas of comprehensive dental care from simple restorations to treating children, cosmetic dentistry, dentures, and implants. She enjoys being a part of the Cedar Rapids community and giving her patients the best quality dental care in a comfortable, caring environment.

Dr. Watson is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Iowa Dental Association, and Linn County Dental Society and she strives to stay up to date with the latest techniques and technologies in the dental profession.

Dr. Watson currently resides in Marion, Iowa with her husband Nick, daughter Raya, and son Mack. They have a goldendoodle dog named, Kirby. Dr. Watson enjoys traveling, reading, running, cheering on the Panthers and Hawkeyes, boating, cooking, and exercising.

Dr. Henrich grew up in Mason City, Iowa. He obtained his B.A. in Biology (with a minor in Business) from Wartburg College in 2010 and was a trombone player in the band. Dr. Henrich earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2014 from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and started working at the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in 2014.

He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is dedicated to providing quality, conservative dentistry for his patients through the use of some of the latest techniques and technology. He believes that patient education and building lasting relationships with his patients are essential parts of practicing dentistry.

Dr. Henrich is an active member of the dental community. He has volunteered at the Iowa Mission of Mercy and enjoys pediatric dental screenings. He maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Iowa Dental Association, and the LInn County Dental Society.

Dr. Henrich married his wife, Dr. Jenna Henrich (Optometrist), in August of 2013 and they have two children Natalie and Jeremiah. They enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as riding their bikes, watching movies and going for walks. Dr. Henrich is also an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He looks forward to meeting you and helping you maintain a healthy smile!

Jillian, Hygiene Team Leader Jillian started at the Cedar Rapids Smile Center February 2017 and has 20 years of dental experience, 13 years as a dental hygienist. Jillian's main goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and important. She wants to educate her patients about their unique dental needs without the lecture. She feels that her job revolves around making long-lasting relationships. Jillian is looking forward to meeting you and your family. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband, Joe, and their kids, Oliver and Natalie. They love being on their boat on the Mississippi River. She also has a horse that she does show jumping with, a black lab named Ben, who is always with them wherever they go.

Andrea Andrea joined Cedar Rapids Smile Center in July 2016. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2015 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene and has been practicing dental hygiene in the Cedar Rapids area ever since. Andrea has two daughters who keep her very busy. She enjoys attending their dance events, performances and competitions. They have two dogs, Buddy, an Aussiedoodle, and Rudy, a Poogle. Andrea likes getting together with her family for bonfires and cookouts, she also loves to cook and bake.

Deb Deb received her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Iowa. She has over 40 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical and public health setting. She was President of of the Dental Hygienists Association and served on the Iowa Dental Board for 9 years. Deb is currently the Business Manager at the Cedar Rapids Smile Center. She and her husband, Dr. Dennis Yossi, have two grown children, Megan & Chris.

Kristi Kristi has an AAS degree from Kirkwood Community College. She has been a dental hygienist since 2009 and joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in March 2010. Kristi's husband Kyle is a HVAC/refrigeration service tech at Brecke Mechanical. They have three children, Ethan born in 2005, Kora born in 2012, and Kyson born in 2019. Kristi enjoys waterskiing, spending time with friends & family, decorating, playing cards, art, boating, snowmobiling, gardening, spending time at the river, cooking, and traveling.

Bailey Bailey graduated in 2020 at Carl Sandburg College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in September 2020. She lives in Marion with her boyfriend, Carter, who is on the Marion Fire Department. Bailey is passionate about her career and loves making a difference in her patients lives. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her hometown of Davenport, Iowa.

Sheena Sheena graduated from Kirkwood Community college with an Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene in 2021. She joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in June 2021. Sheena loves to get to know her patients and help them to improve their oral health and relate their oral health to their overall health. She wants to make sure patients feel comfortable in her chair and treats every person differently based on their individual needs and personality. Sheena lives in Cedar Rapids with her fianc, Luke and cat, Roxy. In her spare time, she likes to read, watch movies, go shopping, cooking and baking, exploring new places and hiking to get away from everything for a little while.

Samantha Samantha started at the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in August 2021 and has been in the dental field since 2015 when she became a Dental Assistant. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College with an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene in 2017. She loves having a career in dentistry because she loves being able to educate her patients about their own individual oral health needs and helping them to relate it back to their own overall health. Most importantly, she wants to be sure her patients are comfortable and feel important and heard. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends and she loves to travel. She lives in Cedar Rapids with her husband and 2 kids named Carter, born in 2011, and Johnny born in 2017.

Chloe Chloe graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2021 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is from Illinois but moved to Cedar Rapids in 2018 for school. She and her boyfriend have a miniature lop bunny named Max! Chloe spends my time reading, watching movies, or hanging out with family and friends! She says, I love to get to know my patients and creating a personal connection with them.'

Jenny, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant Team Leader Jenny received her dental assisting training from Kirkwood Community College 2012 and joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in May 2015. She completed her Expanded Functions training in 2015. Jenny is a Marion native and currently lives in Cedar Rapids with her husband Tony and daughter Kate. She enjoys reading, walking, being outside, and spending time with her family.

Erica, Lab Coordinator Erica is a Registered Dental Assistant, Expanded Function certified. She's been in the dental field for over 10 years, with experience as an office manager, assistant and more recently providing lab technician skills. She enjoys spending time with her family, boating, reading, and having bonfires.

Lindsey Lindsey graduated from the dental assisting program at Kirkwood Community College and has since earned her Expanded Functions and National Certifications. She has been with the Cedar Rapids Smile Center since 2009. Lindsey enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. She has been married to her husband, Josh, since October 2018 and welcomed their first child, Riley, in July 2020.

Luba Luba is originally from Latvia and moved to Iowa in 2004 with her mom. Russian is Luba's first language. She is a 2015 graduate from Kirkwood Community College Dental Assisting program and was Expanded Functions certified in June of 2016. She has been with the Cedar Rapids Smile Center since December of 2015. She enjoys watching movies and TV shows, going to the gym, spending time with family, camping, and walking dogs. She has 3 fur babies: a Pug-mix named Apollo, a Dachshund named Rockee, and boxer named Mia. She lives with her fianc Dan, who is a welder. Dan and Luba welcomed their first child, Aniya, in November 2019.

Sharon Sharon has been with Cedar Rapids Smile Center since June 2008. She received her dental assisting training from Northeast Iowa Community College at Peosta and has been in the dental field since 1998. She enjoys reading, scuba diving, traveling, and going to Iowa games. She has a standard poodle, Finn.

Makayla Makayla graduated from Kirkwood Community College from the Dental Assisting program and completed her Applied Science degree in 2018. She has been with the Cedar Rapids Smile Center since her internship in November 2017 and was employed in January of 2018. She has one sister and a twin brother. She enjoys playing piano and hanging out at home with her husband, Dakota.

Brianna Bri graduated from the dental assisting program with her Applied Science degree at Kirkwood Community College in 2011. She has since earned her National Certifications and Expanded Functions. She has experience in pediatrics, orthodontics and general dentistry. Bri currently resides in Cedar Rapids with her husband, Garrett, their daughter Cordelia and two dogs, Louis and Mickey. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, working out and baking.

Kenzie, Front Desk Kenzie started with the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in January 2022. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in December 2021 with an Associates Degree in Dental Assisting. She enjoys reading and watching movies in her free time.

Caitlin, Business Office Coordinator, Front Desk Team Leader Caitlin joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in March 2016. She has six years of administrative experience, three of which were in a medical therapy office. Caitlin and her husband, Taylor, welcomed their first son in August of 2018. They also enjoy playing with their dogs, Penny & Skully, going to see movies, hiking, being outside, and watching Hawkeye sports! Caitlin is a current Notary Public.

Angie, Insurance Coordinator Angie has been with Cedar Rapids Smile Center since October 2010. She is a registered dental assistant with Expanded Functions training and started her dental career in 1998 as a dental assistant and front desk staff member. Angie attended Hawkeye Community College for Respiratory Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys antiques, motorcycling, creating, writing poems, Facebook, and spending time with family, especially her son, Jacob. Angie is a current Notary Public.

Corinne, Office Assistant Corinne joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in December 2016 and has been in the customer service industry since 2006. She enjoys reading, jet skiing, camping, boating, spending time with her husband Brandon and daughter, Lucy. They also have 2 cats, Karmel & Pixie.

Katie, Scheduling Coordinator Katie joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in August of 2019. She graduated from Benedictine College in 2015 with a degree in Art. She worked as a Dental Technician before coming to the Smile Center. She enjoys crafting, bike riding, and movies as well as spending time with her boyfriend and two kittens, Jack and Faye.

Ashtyn, Office Assistant Ashtyn joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in December 2021. She has been a part of the customer service for 8 years. I enjoy crocheting - I make twisted headbands and hot pads. I enjoy reading books - hard copy or on my kindle. Spending time outside and out on the water kayaking. I spend a lot of time with my family, my dog Joey and my cat Nala.

This is what I am and was looking for in a dentist's office. They treated me as if I was the only customer they had. If you are looking to make a change or your dentist is retiring , I would take aa good look at the CR Smile Center. You won't be disappointed. They are very professional and friendly.

Frank (using wife's phone) Cap came loose on front tooth. Called regular DDS & had to wait a week to go in. Called Smile Center & was told to come right in. The dentist and aides were very friendly and accommodating. When I told Dr. Yossi this cap had come off about 3 other times, he determined the cause and fixed the problem. I am very happy with my visit there and will continue going to the Smile Center for all my dental care.

I always have the best experience at Cedar Rapids Smile Center! Everyone from the front door on is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Henrich and Jillian took great care of me today--thanks! To those out there who may feel a little uneasy about going to the dentist, I want to tell you I haven't experienced pain at the dentist's office in years and years--especially at Cedar Rapids Smile Center!

This is what going to the dentist should be like. Private rooms, attentive staff, and the latest technologies. The doctors are first rate and they take the time to examine and explain. So glad I found this place.

My appointments at CRSC have been absolutly terrific. It's by far the best dental care I've ever experienced. Dr. Watson and all of the dental assistants are very kind, caring and professional. They make going to the dentist very enjoyable.

I had been going here for years, the staff is awesome, good environment, reasonable prices. Erica and Bailey are both incredibly nice, and I haven't lost my tongue or an eye, so I assume they're also good at what they're doing. I feel like Dr. Yossi has always been straight and honest with me and my teeth are better/straighter than ever. Didn't get to go for a while because I refused to cover my face... that's why it's a 4 and not a 5.

The Cedar Rapids Smile Center is one of the best dentist offices my family and I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and great at what they do. I have been scheduling my son (12 yo) and my appointments at the same time for over 6 years now, and he's never been anxious about me not being right there. He has had to have a few baby teeth pulled, in office, and he's never been afraid of going back after! I also love that they call to check in with you after having teeth pulled, to make sure you're doing well and having no issues. They've also been amazing with emergency visits for a cracked tooth, and a not so great root canal done elsewhere! I will never go to another dentist, unless I move out of the area.
