Dr. George Hanna has been my dentist since 1995. Through regular dental cleanings, fillings, crowns ... always the best care by he and the staff.

The entire staff was sensitive to my anxiety issues and extremely professional throughout my visit!

I cannot believe this. I got a bill for not having dental insurance which I was trying to figure out why because I thought I did. I figured it out shortly after but they said there was nothing they could do. Then this pandemic happened and I was broke and they sent my bill to collections. During a freaking pandemic. So I was like okay I'll pay that off. THEN they tell me they can no longer have me as a patient due to my bill getting sent to collections. Big waste of time.The main receptionist is also rude.

Sarah is great she listened to me abt my pain sensitivies. Shes a good dentist no doubt. I've had a lot of things done on my teeth that was causing me discomfort so I have a really big bill. I recently called in because I am having severe pain that wont go away with 800mg ibuprofen without taking 500 mg of tylenol on the site where I had my root canal. The operator answered happily and once she looked up ny name changes her tone..puts me on a brief hold i was going to ask something but she stops me by saying "ok hold on".. mutes herself and then comes back with a "julie said we cant add up more to the bill until it is paid in full" I said ok but my husband pays every month "no no ones paid anything" "oh last month but Julie said to pay the 900 in full" all i heard was past due past due crowns in July..they have a slogan in their office patients first or something like that. I understand there's a bill and we have to py it. I was gonna pay something if they allowed me to go in later but nope the 900 has to be paid in full she says according to someone named Julie. Can't there be an exception? My pain is horrible! That many meds and it wont go away and she didnt even hear me out! "Patients first".. too bad I really hate going to the dentist but I liked Sarah. For what it's worth their office looks nice and you have privacy. So if you have money, definitely go here.. So disappointed I'm stuck with this debilitating tooth ache till I find someone who'll work with me. Thank you so much
