Dont let the lack of hair fool you! Dr. Mike is really a kid at heart, and he will do a backflip wherever and whenever the need arises. Dr. Mike plays the Cello and has recently discovered Spartan Races. He also loves skiing in the winter, playing basketball, and golfing.
Eileen is a native Idahoan, who was born and raised in Idaho Falls and was the 6th of 7 children. She was known as the Quake baby since she was born the night of the Hebgen Lake earthquake in 1959. She graduated from ISU in 1981 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and in 1996 with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene. She is married and has one daughter living locally and one married daughter and two grandchildren living in Missoula. Every year they spend a weekend at Harriman State Park for a cross country ski weekend. Eileen likes to spend time with family and friends when not at work. Oftentimes she has to travel to see her siblings since they no longer live in Idaho. In 2015, she and her eldest sister traveled to Italy together.
Eileen likes to travel, cross country ski, hike, paddle board and compete in Race walks. Even though she likes to stay active, she is also very comfortable relaxing with a good book, binge watching Netflix or meeting a friend just to 'catch up' .
Even though she was 36 when she began her Dental Hygiene career, she has never regretted going back to school to earn her second degree. She enjoys helping patients improve their oral hygiene and she loves the bonds that she has established with her patients and co-workers.
What do you love about your job? Truly enjoy seeing positive changes inpatients. When a patients self esteem improves because of their smile improvements, it brings me so much joy! Their smile makes a difference,
Tell us about yourself. (Where did you grow up? What is your family like?) I am a Wisconsin native and moved to Boise as a team attended Boise State University and Idaho State University. Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1985. Married 30 years to husband Chad. Two grown children, Shelby and Taylor. Avid Green Bay Packer Forever!
What do you love about your job? I love meeting new people! Just about every person that has walked through the door to our office has been so kind. I love when patients are leaving and they say, 'I love coming here (who says that about coming to the dentist?). 'I leave with clean teeth and few laughs.' 'Everyone here is so fun'. We have a fun group of people that work here and it shows when our patients leave happy. My job has pushed me out of my comfort zone and step up a do things I wouldn 't normally do.
What are you happiest doing, when youre not working? I love doing anything with water. I love surfing, boating, fishing, sitting by the ocean, river or lake. It calms me. Going to visit my family in Georgia
I am a dental assistant at Cedar Hills Dentistry. I was born in Pocatello and have lived in Idaho and Utah my entire life. I have a great dane Puppy named Stanley and I am terrified of moths. I love taking Stanley for walks in the park and watching Netflix series with my husband. I enjoy working for Dr. Sutton and being part of a team that truly cares about their patients.
Tell us about yourself. (Where did you grow up? What is your family like?) I grew up in Whitefish, Montana. I have also lived in Portland, OR. I am married (25 yrs) and have 4 amazing children, 1 girl and 3 boys. All of our children are approximately 3 years apart. Our family loves the outdoors and our children enjoy playing sports and electronic games.
Kara was born in Nashville, TN and have lived all over the U.S. She loves hiking, fishing, swimming, and hanging out with her dog. She enjoys watching comedies and would love to someday go on an African Safari. You are going to love Kara.
Tell us about yourself. (Where did you grow up? What is your family like?) I grew up in Glennsferry, ID. My family moved to Pocatello during my Junior year of High School. I have lived all over the country single and married. I am married and we have 6 children and 12 grandchildren.

Staff are always friendly and attentive to your needs. They don't "find" things to fix in your mouth and tell you if something can wait to be repaired.

Best dental office, ever! I've been seeing Dr. Michael Sutton and his crew for years. It's always a great experience and all of the staff are fabulous. I cannot recommend them enough. They are gentle and kind. You can tell that everyone loves their job and that by how they treat patients. Five stars isn't enough, they deserve 10!

We have been going to this dentist for over 12 years. We have added young clients (our children) over the years. Everyone actually enjoys and looks forward to going to the dentist. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, and doctors.... everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. My family will gladly recommend this dentist office to any one person or family.

I've never had any valid complaints going here, regardless of whether it was for a routine cleaning, filling, or other procedure. All of the staff members I've interacted with have been easy to get along with. Each time I'm given feedback on taking care of my teeth, it's never done condescendingly (even though most pain or procedures have been my own fault for failing to take better care of my teeth) They're great.
