We opened our family dental office November of 1986. It began with one patient chair, and a telephone. We have steadily grown as our patients refer their friends and family. We pride ourselves on making our practice not just a place where you will feel comfortable - our patients often say they enjoy coming to the dentist - but also a place where you know your health and the health of your loved ones is our top priority. We enjoy keeping your smiles beautiful!
Digital x-rays and the intraoral camera allow us a more detailed look at your teeth. The patient viewing monitor allows Dr. Wagnild to show you a clear picture of your mouth and the status of your treatment. Pairing that with our expertise, attention to detail and caring concern allows us to provide you with the utmost in quality dental care for your oral and general health.
We view our patient referrals to their friends and family as compliments. Besides a happy and healthy smile which our patients proudly share, those recommendations to new patients from someone they trust is an honor. It is also an honor to be part of a caring community. Part of our commitment to our community has always been involvement. We annually participate in Give Kids A Smile Day, where we provide free dental care to students in need. We have coached various athletic teams and continue to be proud sponsors of community youth activities and sports.

We have excellent referral specialists when the need arises. Whether you are interested in maintaining your smile, whitening your teeth or improving how they look, we can help. Dr. Wagnild will discuss all your treatment options as well as the costs associated with those treatments. Any treatment, such a crown, bridge, implant covering, veneer or denture will be made by local dental technicians. These dental specialists have been providing the highest quality crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures for over 20 years. None of our work is sent out of the United States. Your dental care is an extension of our efforts and we will make it the best available.
Dr. Wagnild was born and raised in South Minneapolis. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with degrees in Genetics and a Doctorate in Dentistry. Wanting to further his dental training, he did a General Practice Residency at the Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont. Dr. Wagnild began this practice 35 years ago. His role as a neighborhood dentist allows him to actively listen, problem solve, treatment plan and stay in touch with the many neighbors and friends who have become patients. The challenge of providing the best care possible is highly rewarding. Dr. Wagnild feels this is an honor and a source of great pride. He will often say he has the best patients and staff in the Twin Cities.
Dr. Wagnild is married, has three children. The family has lived and been involved within the community since 1985. While he enjoys time with friends and family, reading and studying about WWII, he always finds time to fix almost anything.

Don't even think about going anywhere else! As other reviews state, Dr. Wagnild fixed an issue caused by another dentist after months of pain. He's the absolute best.

I was looking for a dentist for my family and I when I found Dr. William and his team, it was the most pleasant experience ever, even though I have insurance he is always trying to do the most efficient treatment so I wouldn't have to do unnecessary spending. I am never going to any other dentist, I am very happy with their work.

I have been going here for a long time and totally trust Dr. Wagnild and his staff with my teeth. He will not put in a filling if you don't need one, so this is not a place where you get surprised by needing 6 fillings at your first visit!

I hated going to the dentist it was always something I would dread. Until I started seeing Dr. Wagnild. He makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable from start to finish no matter what you are having done. I absolutely recommend you plan a visit, you won't be disappointed!

I give the whole team 5 stars; exceptional team. The Doctor figured out an extreme problem I was had with a tooth due to another corporate hygienist. I was in horrific pain! I would recommend this Dentistry to everyone. However, I was disappointed that they dropped me as a patient due to an outstanding bill in the amount of $78, which was an oversight on my part due to my other bills from chemotherapy treatment. My insurance paid the bulk of my bill, and I had all good intentions of paying my part. Just a little dismayed by of this.
