Dr. Han grew up in the Portland area, went to high school in Hillsboro, college at the University of Oregon and graduated from OHSU in 2013. Dr. Han attended a General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx NYC treating a diverse group of people from all walks of life. Dr. Phil also completed a one-year fellowship in New York City treating a wide variety of cases and patients in a hospital setting. He is dedicated to continuing education, including the world-renown Kois program in Seattle. Certified in both Invisalign and Botox treatments, Dr. Phil is still active in multiple study clubs, always striving for the absolute best in patient care. He has volunteered with Wide Open Humanitarian, Give Kids a Smile, Special Olympics, and other medical/dental teams. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, cooking, and watching movies and TV shows.

This office was my blessing for an emergency extraction I needed. They were super helpful and accommodating. Dr. Han and his staff were very kind and calmed my fears. The procedure was quick and painless. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thanks, Cedar Creek Dental!

I'm just passing through Portland on my summer holidays and a crown broke and another came loose. I called multiple dentist offices looking for emergency help but was turned away repeatedly. Dr Han's office not only replied and set me up with an appointment, but were flexible and friendly. I found a gem and will always come back here when I'm in the area. The office communication is quick and clear and friendly. I have no USA phone line as I'm based internationally, so they flexed and communicated via email. The office staff was so welcoming and helpful. I was seen without the typical lengthy boring wait. The dental assistant was that perfect mix of professional and approachable. I felt I was among friends who had my comfort and health in mind. Dr Han fixed me up and took the time to discuss and address my dental travel questions. He went the extra mile to explain my options for additional work. When he realized my travels would limit my time locally, he made connections with an international colleague that can complete my work. It's such a pleasure to find a dentist office with such a good vibe, where everyone is friendly as well as professional. Go here! I'm recommending Dr Han to all my family and friends.

I've been a patient of Cedar Creek Dental for a few years now. Very friendly staff and Dr. Phil is great, he is always able to keep me up to date on the latest sports happenings. I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek dental to any family on the west side

First let me start by saying I was completely scared of the dentist. Have been since I was a teen who had her wisdom teeth removed improperly. That's all CHANGED for me with this dentist and his staff. Dr. Han and his entire staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I came in the first time in pain due to a broken tooth. No one else would help me unless I was an established patient. The receptionist said, "It sounds like you're in pain. Why don't you come in and the Dr. will take a look. Then we can decide what to do." I was so happy someone took my pain seriously. After I got in and it was an easy fix. I asked if I could come back for more dental work. He said yes. He made a plan to take care of all my dental work and the receptionist worked hard to get me an idea of how much it would cost. We made all my next appointments right then and there. I wanted to just get it all done as soon as possible. Well they had no issue accommodating that! I've been in every 2 weeks and am coming up on the end of my treatment plan. I'm so proud of myself for getting it done. I never would have gotten this far if I didn't feel COMFORTABLE and SAFE with them. I owe my smile to these guys. The best receptionist! The best hygienist! The best dental assistant!! And the ABSOLUTELY BEST Dentist!!!

For someone who didn't go to a dentist consistently throughout my life, when I first came in to cedar creek dental I felt very welcomed and not judged, they did a wonderful job making me feel safe and secured, especially with the procedures they have performed on me. Before they start the try procedures they do a really thorough job explaining what they're going to be doing and why, and once they start the actual procedure they do an even better job making you feel safe, pain free and giving you encouraging words the entire time, not to mention they're all very cheerful and provide you with some good personal stories of themselves; you really get to know them and for me that made me feel even more secured. They also do a fantastic job setting up appointments and if you really needed to get in, they're quick to call you once a cancellation happens, they do the upmost to work with you and your schedule! I was lucky to find a dental clinic with such an amazing group of people from the front office, to everyone in the back. They really make you feel like you're at home and provide you with an amazing sense of security and like you're the most important patient they have. Would recommend 100/10.

I cannot recommend this practice enough! I was in such pain from a broken wisdom tooth, and the other practices that I had been calling were unresponsive or downplaying my urgency. I called Cedar Creek Dental at 12:30 PM (on a Friday) and was walking out of their office at 3:45 PM SAME DAY, completely taken care of. I will be returning with the rest of my family, to utilize their other services! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Completely abusive, I have a breathing disorder and cannot wear masks. They kicked me out anyway. No I'm not ok with that. I'm very upset. I have a right to breathe and function. The lady who spoke to me did not even care and was in my face (oxymoron). I wasn't even there for an apt. I was there as the driver for a different patient. This is disgusting abuse. It is very unhealthy and screwed up to force people to wear masks that suffocate you and increase your risks of getting sick.

I had my first cleaning at Cedar Creek with Rachelle today. It was a great experience. She was very gentle and gave me lots of good information as well as pointers on how to improve my home habits in an incouraging and positive manner. Dr. Han's exam was thorough and gentle as well. I highly recommend Cedar Creek Dental!

Dr. Han, Leanna, and Rachelle are all wonderful. Each appointment that I have been to with them has always gone very well. They are all kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable! The office is clean and welcoming. I don't plan on going anywhere else for my dental needs!

Excelent service. I have always been scared of the dentist, but I have been having a much easier time since knowing Dr. Han and have followed him to his current practice. I am so happy to have found Dr. Phil Han. I feel in such good hands, which is exactly how a person wants to feel about their dentist! He and his wonderful group (Leanna, Rachelle, Chris) are expert, dedicated, kind, warm, sensible, and calm - everyone working together with you. As someone who has always gotten a little anxious about dental work, this gives great peace of mind.

I was super nervous about coming in for my appointment since I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years (I know, I know, shame on me) but the team over at Cedar Creek Dental were completely understanding of my situation. They were friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had my exams & cleaning done that day and surprisingly enough my teeth were in good condition! My visit was great and I highly recommend this office to anyone, the building was clean and the staff were great! I'll happily be seeing them again in 6 months when my routine cleaning is due thanks to them removing all my fears about dentistry. Awesome stuff guys n__n

Dr. Phil is highly skilled and very professional. I have had few appointments for teeth extraction and fillings with Dr. Phil and he did excellent job. Staff is also very knowledgeable and skilled. He also checked up with me next day to make sure I am not felling any pain or discomfort. I would definitely recommend this clinic, specially if you're anxious about going to dentist, as I was before visiting this one.
